I’m going to get straight to the point. This phone is fully functional and connected to my SIM card right away. I’m loving this phone. It’s honestly a hit or miss. Only concern though was a whole in the corner of the phone. Not a deep one but maybe a dent whole and minor scratches on the back. What I was more disappointed about was the low battery capacity as mine came in at 80% when it was guaranteed above 80%. It really depends how lucky you get though with that as well. FIrstly: I’m a huge fan of the Apple IPhone 11 Pro. This is my second one. I use my camera a lot; the editing and features for photos are just a good fit for me. I realize eventually I’ll need to upgrade, but didn’t feel the need to at the time of this purchase. Also, I thought HOPEFULLY I’d be saving money by sticking with IPhone 11 Pro and purchasing one that was refurbished. WELL, I actually LOST money… So while I’m a fan of this style Apple iphone, I am NOT a fan of from wherever this came from or where it was refurbished. Initially, the phone worked great. Received, popped in my SIM card - no issues. A week or so later (and RIGHT before we were leaving for our vacation), it suddenly would not hold a charge. The only way I could use it was while it was plugged in and charging. On our vacation I had to walk around with my phone constantly plugged into a bulky portable charger! When we returned - I started a return. At that point I was not even using the cell phone. I switched my SIM card back into a much older phone to catch up on emails..etc. The company (not Amazon, I love you Amazon) reached out to me, requested a few steps from me to initialize a return/exchange. Except by then, I was only getting the much dreaded “black screen of death.” I’m not an IT or highly skilled cell phone individual. Mad respect for those of you who are. But I know there was no way I could even think of returning my phone unless I could do a factory reset. Finally, I decided to take my phone to our local cell phone repair shop just out of sheer curiosity. We’ve had great experiences with them in the past with repairs to our daughter’s and my husband’s phone. The first thing that was pointed out to me, from the side, was how SWOLLEN my phone was. The battery needed to be replaced asap. I was sold a phone with a BAD battery which was a FIRE HAZARD. So a new battery was put in and the phone now works very well. So my $383 phone PLUS the $106 dollars for a NEW BATTERY has brought me to $489. Next time? I think I’ll see you at the Verizon store trading up for my BRAND NEW Iphone. ... show more

I purchased this phone specifically to be unlocked to use with Verizon and when I received the phone it was completely locked, and Verizon was unable to do anything with it. The seller provided almost no help (told me to complete a software update which did NOTHING) and took a very long time to reply just to tell me I needed to return the phone. I bought this phone to replace my damaged phone and was relying on this new phone so that I could have a usable phone and their incompetence has left me without a phone for several days. The phone stopped working within the return period and seller would not respond to two emails from myself and one inquiry from Amazon,in regards to the repair or replacement of the phone. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THOS COMPANY.
