That being said, phones under this condition are supposed to have battery health above 90% and this one came to me at 89%. Not a huge deal except that they did say that it would be above 90 and it wasn’t. That being said, the battery lasts me easily all day and can even get me through two days depending on my usage. Wow! this was a very pleasant purchase. I made sure I bought "sold by Amazon" and very pleased. The phone came packaged in a white box that was shrink-wrapped. Inside, the phone was packed as if new with protective film and included lighting cable and wall charger. My phone was shiny and great looking as if it was brand new. I was able to switch my sim card (a tool is included for this) no issue and set up my new phone with my apple backup. The exterior of the phone was flawless, which I was expecting, given it was premium refurbished through Amazon. The big concern though is that Amazon guarantees the battery life would be over 90% and upon checking on arrival I had a message from Apple stating my battery needed replacement and that maximum capacity was 71%. I paid extra to go through Amazon and purchase their highest level of refurbishment to not have to deal with products that were not as described. Cosmetically the phone was nearly perfect. Back glass, front glass were immaculate. No scratches whatsoever. the buttons had some scuffs, and the side opposite the buttons might have also had some scuffs. phone worked perfectly. the only thing of why I returned the phone was battery life. Renewed Premium phones suppose to have battery life of at least 90% of a brand new phone, some Premium Renewed phones have higher than 90% I heard. El producto cumple tal cual con lo que dice, me vino sin casi daños estéticos, un simple golpecito arriba que ni se nota en lo absoluto. Me vino con 91% del estado de la batería, lo cual no me agrada ni me decepciona, ya que te aseguran un mínimo 90%. El cargador es genérico, ya compré uno original y de carga rápida y va de maravilla, aunque tengo que añadir que se calienta más de lo que me gustaría y desconozco el por qué. El dispositivo en general va 10/10 y estoy muy contento con mi compra. Un detalle el cual me hizo pensar en devolverlo es que me vino con el audio ¿se podría decir dañado? No es nada para alarmarse pero se escucha bajo y de mala calidad. Si es algo que me molesta, porque fuera de eso el producto sería un 100/100, no creo cambiarlo, ya que vivo en Uruguay y cambiarlo (aunque tiene una buena garantía de cambio) sería algo negativo y por lo que no quiero pasar. Así que fuera de eso me quedo con mi compra y más que satisfecho. I loved the phone. It is a great bargain. Amazon's packaging, however, left a lot to be desired. the iPhone was bouncing around in a big box;; the box it was supposed to be in was not closed properly and the plastic bag the phone was once in was also loose. Luckily the iPhone was not damaged.
