The Phone came in Excellent condition, no scratches, etc. came with screen saver. Brought to service using Consumer Cellular........Did Not need Sim card with this iphone 11. Only problem, I can hear incoming calls, but the caller cannot hear me..............did many resets, and checking all options. Looks like this phone came with defective microphone.
