Update... Contacted seller and they promptly responded and are sending a new unit at no cost. Very satisfied with their customer service! Look forward to using new device (hopefully it lasts much longer!). Product worked great for 2 months but now the audio will play for a minutes or two then crackle and audio turns off completely. The product worked good for about a week and then started shutting off randomly,could only use two functions,button came off,rca ports have a shortage and now I'm getting no sound,not satisfied with item but seller is vary understanding and is fixing the problem so I'll give 4 stars for that.

It was difficult to install and after 3 months it began smoking and we had to get a new one. The phone sound is very staticy. My daughter does like the back up camera UPDATE!!!! Customer service reached out to us immediately to come up with a solution and have said they will fully refund the purchase. I have a replacement radio that is working so now just waiting on the refund.

Had bought a similar radios from this same seller and worked for less than a year. Apple car play didn’t really work either. I recently reached out and notified that it had died and they did request to order a new one and a full refund would be provided once the new item was delivered. So far new radio is working fine, Apple car play has been working fine as well.

I purchased this radio and it only lasted 5 months and it’s already dead. Started to smell it burning as the right side speakers went out then suddenly no power to radio. Do not buy. No wonder it’s on 85.00 Update: they contacted me an offered me a 90% refund so long as I changed the review to a 4 or a 5 star. I'm hoping they keep to their word as the radio was faulty but I'm hoping the customer service is better than the item I received.

They replaced the first one. Should have gotten my money back because the second one broke 50 days later. Started smoking and everything. And the onboard fuse never popped. Would not recommend buying this product unless you don’t really care about it burning your car to the ground. Update 1/7/23; seller refunded original purchase price and followed up several times to ensure my happiness.
