These are cheap crafts paints. They should be under $1. If the color you're looking at is more than that, it is not a good value. I've picked a few up as fillers for sub&save for ~$0.60. As far as paint goes, they're not high quality, but they are high quantity and suitable depending on what you're doing. I've use them miniature painting, but they take a *lot* of thinning and a *lot* of coats. I like using them to mix up texture paste and I think they'd be good if you build a lot of terrain and just need it painted quick.
