Works just as it should! Seamless functionality and connectivity to my phone. “Find my” also works well & I can find the individual earbuds, if need be. It was packaged quite carelessly, though. I wish I took a picture, but I was just excited to receive it. It was taped to a rectangle cardboard piece with packing tape. (So it didn’t get shaken up in the delivery process, I assume). Not like how I saw in other review photos, though. Below the cardboard piece was a little baggy of different earbud sizes & a USBC charger that was wrapped up. No warranty like others have described. I paid for the “Refurbished - Excellent” & I do think I got what I paid for. In a good way! The charging case had no scratches, earbuds the same. i’m gonna make a list so it’s easier/quicker to read this review. 1. SELLER/SHIPPING i’ve bought from the refurbished store multiple times and have never had issues. i bought these airpods pro 2, as well as a 10th gen ipad, and both apple products were exactly as advertised. they came quickly in a nice box with lots of padding to ensure no damage occurred during transit. 2. QUALITY UPON ARRIVAL i don’t have any pictures or have them on me as they’re a gift for my boyfriend, but let me tell you! they looked basically brand new when i opened them. the case had a few small scratches, but clearly only from daily wear and tear. the case was completely white with no visible scuffs or dents. 3. QUALITY IN GENERAL for starters, the cups that cane pre-attached to the airpods are very comfortable and fit nicely in my ears—they’re small. they also came with the replacement/different sized cups so you can ensure full comfort while listening, and listening is very nice. the sound is very clear and the noise cancellation immediately activated when my music began. the sound is extremely clear and i honestly couldn’t even tell that they’d been used before. i haven’t tested them to full capacity, but they were extremely clean and well worth the price for appearance and sound quality. 4.     • Not good for hearing aids
These airpods are really nice, good sound, work seamlessly with my iphone. They do a good job of noice cancellation and can be set to pass through sound when needed. My only gripe is that they are advertised as being a decent low end hearing aid. You can take a hearing test and that allows them to adjust sound accordingly, equalize to your hearing deficits. With the pass through, I can hear high frequencies a little better and sometimes speech is more decipherable. But they are very unreliable in this regard. If I am listening to music, the pass through only turns the sound down if I speak first, so my wife has to get my attention, then I have to speak loudly enough to turn the sound down before she can communicate with me. As a hearing boost when not playing music, they are intermittent. Sometimes I get boost from both and sometimes one or the other will basically turn off and on while I am listening to outside sounds. When the boost turns off, they act more like ear plugs than hearing aids. Anyway, I am very disappointed that the hearing aid feature doesn't work well. I thought of getting the new air pod pros but im not wasting 200 something on earbuds. I decided to get a refurbished air pod pros cheaper and just the same features. Good sound and fit my ears they provide different sizes from L,S,XS, and M ( comes attached to the pods) I’m currently listening to music and everything is great. Battery is good too. ... show more
