QUALITY UPON ARRIVAL i don’t have any pictures or have them on me as they’re a gift for my boyfriend, but let me tell you! they looked basically brand new when i opened them. the case had a few small scratches, but clearly only from daily wear and tear. the case was completely white with no visible scuffs or dents. 3. QUALITY IN GENERAL for starters, the cups that cane pre-attached to the airpods are very comfortable and fit nicely in my ears—they’re small. they also came with the replacement/different sized cups so you can ensure full comfort while listening, and listening is very nice. the sound is very clear and the noise cancellation immediately activated when my music began. the sound is extremely clear and i honestly couldn’t even tell that they’d been used before. i haven’t tested them to full capacity, but they were extremely clean and well worth the price for appearance and sound quality. 4. This comes with new updates and upgrades that gives you really great ANC and wonderful audiofile feedback. I popped these into my ears and literally thought my house lost power because I couldn’t hear my fans anymore, took them out and the fans noise came back! The noise cancellation on these are phenomenal ,highly recommend! Oh, and they fit snuggly into my ears even with my tragus piercings, which is 10 out of 10 for me!     • Not good for hearing aids
These airpods are really nice, good sound, work seamlessly with my iphone. They do a good job of noice cancellation and can be set to pass through sound when needed. My only gripe is that they are advertised as being a decent low end hearing aid. You can take a hearing test and that allows them to adjust sound accordingly, equalize to your hearing deficits. With the pass through, I can hear high frequencies a little better and sometimes speech is more decipherable. But they are very unreliable in this regard. If I am listening to music, the pass through only turns the sound down if I speak first, so my wife has to get my attention, then I have to speak loudly enough to turn the sound down before she can communicate with me. As a hearing boost when not playing music, they are intermittent. Sometimes I get boost from both and sometimes one or the other will basically turn off and on while I am listening to outside sounds. When the boost turns off, they act more like ear plugs than hearing aids. Anyway, I am very disappointed that the hearing aid feature doesn't work well.     • Incredible Noise Cancelling Earbuds!
I’m a huge fan of the Apple AirPods Pro 2nd Generation. The noise cancellation is excellent—especially considering these are earbuds. They block out the hum of planes, trains, and household noise so well that I can finally enjoy my music and podcasts without cranking up the volume. The fit is customizable with multiple ear tip sizes, and once you find the right seal, they sit comfortably and stay secure. I can wear them for hours without any soreness. I also love the simple swipe controls on the stems for adjusting volume—it’s such a convenient touch. Sound quality is clear, balanced, and immersive. The bass is full but not overpowering, and voices come through crisp. The new Adaptive Audio and Transparency modes make it easy to stay aware of your surroundings when needed, and the transition between modes is seamless. Battery life is solid (about 6 hours with ANC on), and the MagSafe/USB-C charging case is small enough to slip in a pocket yet powerful enough to recharge multiple times for around 30 hours total. Overall, these earbuds are everything I was hoping for—fantastic noise cancellation, great sound, comfortable fit, and smart Apple features that just work.
