I had bought these AirPods new in 2022, however after 4 years it’s quality deceased to the point i couldn’t use it anymore. I then bought these because it was budget friendly. The sound quality is very nice, charging is average but that’s what you get with refurbished tech. The outside of the case was surprisingly very clean and untouched with any scratches. I’ve had these for over 2 years and they still function like brand new. They never fall out whether I’m working out, jogging, or moving around a lot, they feel locked in like they’re part of your ear. Honestly can’t live without them. I take them everywhere: the gym, work, school, everywhere. The comfort is insane, you barely even feel them in your ear. The bass hits hard and the sound quality is premium feels like you’re at a live concert. Noise cancellation is top tier too. I literally use these 24/7. These refurbed AirPod Pro2's work very well, seem to have good battery like and no issues. The different sizes of tips were all present and clean, mine arrived in the original factory packaging. The only issue was one that was easily solved. The pods and tips were clean but the charging case was not, and had small flecks and smears of what I can only consider to be ear wax on them. A small alcohol soaked sterile pad and a couple cotton swabs were all it took to clean the case to like-new condition, but no way were those things going in my ears until every bit of what arrived was thoroughly cleaned/sterilized to my satisfaction. Works just as it should! Seamless functionality and connectivity to my phone. “Find my” also works well & I can find the individual earbuds, if need be. It was packaged quite carelessly, though. I wish I took a picture, but I was just excited to receive it. It was taped to a rectangle cardboard piece with packing tape. (So it didn’t get shaken up in the delivery process, I assume). Not like how I saw in other review photos, though. Below the cardboard piece was a little baggy of different earbud sizes & a USBC charger that was wrapped up. No warranty like others have described. I paid for the “Refurbished - Excellent” & I do think I got what I paid for. In a good way! The charging case had no scratches, earbuds the same. Sound quality is amazing and I love the noice canceling feature. I use them daily, since I got them! Would recommend. ... show more

These airpods are really nice, good sound, work seamlessly with my iphone. They do a good job of noice cancellation and can be set to pass through sound when needed. My only gripe is that they are advertised as being a decent low end hearing aid. You can take a hearing test and that allows them to adjust sound accordingly, equalize to your hearing deficits. With the pass through, I can hear high frequencies a little better and sometimes speech is more decipherable. But they are very unreliable in this regard. If I am listening to music, the pass through only turns the sound down if I speak first, so my wife has to get my attention, then I have to speak loudly enough to turn the sound down before she can communicate with me. As a hearing boost when not playing music, they are intermittent. Sometimes I get boost from both and sometimes one or the other will basically turn off and on while I am listening to outside sounds. When the boost turns off, they act more like ear plugs than hearing aids. Anyway, I am very disappointed that the hearing aid feature doesn't work well.
