The media could not be loaded. The box had noticible damage but not too bad but then one of the ears had severe damage to it as though it had been chopped with a butcher knife or something! I will never buy renewed again!!!

The airpods I recieved did not have noise cancelling. BUT they were in perfect condition, I just need noise cancelling, and that's what I thought I was paying for. I suggest talking to Amazon customer service directly if you have any issues.
