I have an HP laptop that was the top-of-the-line when I bought it 10 years ago. It was definitely time to buy a new laptop since everything else I have is Apple phone, iPad, AirPods decided just to do an Apple MacBook. It arrived in perfect condition looks brand new. We had a problem with it at first setting up thought I was going to have to send it back but it ended up being an Internet connection that kept having an issue once we figured that out setting up the MacBook there’s no problem. My only issue with Apple I wish they’d give a manual not everybody knows all of this off the top of their head . ... show more

I liked the Mac book pro just fine until 6 months after I had it the screen went black and computer was considered worth no value. Was told wouldn’t even fix it. Not worth the money supposedly saved by get refurbished one.

A huge upgrade from her cheap handmedown HP laptop. She says it performs great, the little touch screen works, she uses an external port and that works fine with the laptop.
