This MacBook will not disappoint you ! I already have a few apple amazon refurbished products and they all are just like brand new ones ! This laptop was not the exception : it came in impeccable conditions , beautifully and professionally wrapped , with a 100% battery capacity ( I have been using it almost not stop since yesterday at around 10 am and right now is at 43% ). I have an HP laptop that was the top-of-the-line when I bought it 10 years ago. It was definitely time to buy a new laptop since everything else I have is Apple phone, iPad, AirPods decided just to do an Apple MacBook. It arrived in perfect condition looks brand new. We had a problem with it at first setting up thought I was going to have to send it back but it ended up being an Internet connection that kept having an issue once we figured that out setting up the MacBook there’s no problem. My only issue with Apple I wish they’d give a manual not everybody knows all of this off the top of their head . ... show more
