I purchased this Power Bank to recharge multiple devices I own, and it works great! Initial purchase, the solar panel that came with the R100 power bank was faulty, and it short-circuited the box. But, I got in contact with the seller thru Amazon and they were incredible to work with! No haggle experience to replace the box & upgraded solar panel. Power Bank does what it says to fully recharge your portable devices, mine include 3 cell phones, a weather radio, a small portable solar ar power bank and a 5w LED cabin light. Very easy to use, clear display to see the battery status, and it runs my power strip on the 2 AC output plugs. Fairly compact in size sonit doesn't take up bulky room. 40W solar charged up the box from 61% to full 100% in 2 hours in full sunlight with no problems. I highly recommend if you want a practical way to recharge your devices without the hassle of plugging & unplugging devices in to your vehicle charger. And it has very useful LED bright lights. This saved us while camping in a remote area. Charged pretty well in the sun and was able to charge cell phones and a few small power tools. Glad we have this for home and travel!

Solar Panel works; but, the actual Power Bank will not charge, turn on, neither of the two flashlights work, the display is just blank and shows nothing, nothing lights up, nothing happens at all, and NOTHING WORKS! I've tried plugging into the wall charger, the 12v car charger, and the Solar Panel DC charger that it came with... and nothing. I feel I wasted my money on this product. 😒 If I could still post a review with Zero Stars I would have; but, the system says you have to do at least one in order to post a review. I am contacting Customer Service to send it back! CUST SVS WON'T TAKE IT BACK. I'VE BEEN REFERRED TO THE SELLER/MANUFACTURER... IN CHINA!!

perfect for camping music festivals. I no longer have to resent my friends camping with me at music festivals who show up unprepared when it comes to keeping their damn phones charged. Just don't forget to give the solar panel a wipe off if you're in particularly dusty conditions.

I may be the unlucky one, and this power bank has the same problem as another customer who reported earlier. I bought the 40w solar panel with this power bank on Feb 18, 2024. It worked great, I was happy, but decided not to write a review yet, because I needed to check its longevity. Now in July 2024, I have the conclusion that this thing does not work for long. In May 2024, I started to notice that this unit could no longer be fully charged from the solar panel, but it still can (up to today) from the AC outlet. At first, I thought it may be the solar panel not producing enough juice, but now in the summer, at noon, the unit still cannot accept more charges when it reaches about 50 to 52%. I checked the solar panel, it can produce enough current to light up a 12V , 20W light bulb pretty brightly, so the problem is not the solar panel. I can charge the unit through AC, but that defeats the whole purpose of harnessing solar power! It's too late for me to return this unit now. But I guess that the reason is when it reaches about 50% capacity, the internal "resistance" of some sort is higher, so that the voltage from the solar panel is not high enough to "push" current to the batteries inside, but the AC outlet always has high (15V or even 18V) enough voltage to push current through. If anyone has a solution to this, please let me know. Otherwise this unit will soon have to go to the landfill. :(

I purchased to operate my ResMed CPAP while camping. I chose it because of the low price. I saw on YouTube that turning off the CPAP humidifier would save energy, so I did that. It powered my CPAP machine for two nights. It takes 6 hours to charge from 0% to 100% in a home outlet. The cigarette lighter charging worked well in the car too. Cons: The solar panel charging barely worked…I think it needs direct, unobstructed, full Sun to charge the battery bank properly. Also, as others have mentioned, when charging by solar, the display of the percentage charged can be misleading.

When I turn on the battery it stays on until it dies. Holding the power button for 3 seconds will not turn the battery off. Giving 2 stars because the solar panel does its job well.
