Not great criteria I know, but I am who I am. I got the 15lb and I have to say it’s heavier than I had imagined it would be. Pros: Comfy, cute, good quality, padding feels good, the buckles are nice and secure too. It takes my regular walks up a notch. Great for body weight exercises too! Cons: there is a pocket in the back that seems pretty useless because I can’t reach it when the vest is on. Not sure if that is a con, but if you thought you were gonna store something in there to access on your walk, you’d probably have to take the vest off to get the item out. Maybe I have t-Rex arms, but there’s no way I can fully reach in there with the vest on. I wear a size small 4-6, 32D, and it fits snuggly enough. Well padded and comfortable enough that I can run with it, but usually just use it for walking. Many other weight vests there are complaints about smell, not a concern with this one. It is a bit of a weird wet noodle to put but once it is on, it fits quite well with easy adjustments.

I have a nice vest with metal plates of same total weight, but it hurts the traps, squeezes the chest, and feels like it weighs twice as much as it does. It is miserable. But this vest fits comfortably around the shoulders, distributes the weight nicely, doesn't hurt the traps, and feels lighter (somehow) than you would expect. If you are getting into rucking, this is what you are looking for. I have the 30 lb version and it is probably best for males with large or larger shirt size.
