Four stars is generous. 1. The casing is plastic. This means a lightweight unit, and it feels inexpensive. 2. The drain hose is short, and needs to be used at a height of less than 39 inches. 3. The water hose hookup is needlessly complicated. Luckily, I can use a different hose attachment from a prior unit. 4. The manual is poorly rendered into English from Chinese. 5. First time Start up is a bit confusing. Push the program button down and hold it for 3 or so seconds until a 2. appears. Cycle through by pushing the button through 24 until a 22 appears. The machine is now set to start immediately. Release the button and tap in the wash program you want. Turn on the water right before you start the machine, after you set the program. 5. The machine has a default water level of six liters. 6: The maker claims this takes a 17 pound load. I wouldn't necessarily agree. Not a beast, for sure. Other than that, it works will, is quiet, and spins well to leave clothing way less than soggy. Happy washing Day! ... show more

To start, the water inlet hose I received is not the one pictured, so I had to purchase adapters to make it work. Once I had it hooked up, I put it to the test and was pleasantly surprised. It's larger than I was expecting, but not too heavy that I couldn't move it myself. I was also happy with the quality, it's a sturdy little machine. It's runs pretty quiet through each cycle. I do recommend hanging your clothes right away, unless you have a dryer, to avoid wrinkles. Besides the hose and adapter issue, I'm really happy with my purchase and it's the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars. ... show more

I am sooo glad I bought this. No problem with the quick connect to my kitchen faucet and it works like a dream. I bought a rolling (spinner) platform and put my machine on it - now it is easy to roll in to the kitchen. It is important to make sure the drain hose is firmly in the sink … mine fell out of the sink onto the floor once and lots of water before I realized it. ... show more

    • Buy it!! Mother loves it and no more laundromat.
Quick delivery, arrived 2-3days earlier than originally estimated by Amazons ETA. This washer is a life saver. Wash clothes great, spins so well clothing is practically dry, just hang drying takes no time at all. Getting ready for the dryer to match... I'll let you know my thoughts then as well!
