These sturdy counter height barstools are a great value. No regrets at all. They look so clean. I thought I wanted blue, but I’m very glad I didn’t make that bold move. Helpful Hints regarding the tape wrapped around each leg. The opposite colors tapes go together ( not the matching). It’s helpful to hand tighten all of the screws. Once you are sure all legs are solidly touching the floor and no rocking is occurring, then use the tool to tighten all screws. Then attach the seat to the solidly assembled base. I cut an X in the top of each screw compartment so I easily see the screw as well as the description. Con: I found a silver dollar sized trapped air bubble under the seat material of two of the 4 chairs I purchased. I’ll remove this con if they work their way out. I still think they are a great deal and are comfortable and sturdy. ... show more

Likes: Easy enough to put together. I did this alone with only the provided hardware. They provide extra parts. The covering feels nice and will wipe clean easily. I hope they hold up. The brown are not too gold and the chairs are neutral enough to match any table. The "scoop" of the seat is broad enough that larger guests do not feel uncomfortable. Dislikes: When affixing the chair to the base, 2 of the 24 holes are stripped so that 2 unlucky chairs have 3 and not 4 screws holding them together. Ugh. Somewhat expected with mail-order chairs but quality could have been checked prior to shipping the product. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I was looking for the perfect counter height stools for our kitchen overhang. I found these to be a great price point, and I am happy with the quality. We have been using them for a few weeks now, with no issue. I ordered the brown, but did find that they have more of a mustard hue to them, as opposed to a true brown. The seat is a smooth, faux leather material, with beautiful stitching detail around the edges. I am hopeful that the stitching holds up over time, but it appears to be solid. The legs are black metal, and are very sturdy. The stools were easy to assemble, and everything line up appropriately. I am very pleased with this purchase at this price point! ... show more
