The media could not be loaded. There is a lip inside of the handle bars that needs to align with the lip on the rod may need a little twisting look threw the screw hole to make sure they line up its easier said then done good luck!

Looks just like the picture however is not strong enough to move on regular carpet and the assembly wasn't great. The axel stuck out badly in the back. Pretty disappointed overall.
