I ordered this for a Christmas present in October but it wasn’t opened until Christmas Eve to put it together and charge it and it does not charge. The wiring harness is messed up and the charger light stays green but no power going to the car at all. I tried contacting the seller which Amazon is doing on my behalf and they say my window for return has passed. I don’t need a return if they would just send me replacement parts. I’m waiting to hear back from the seller. I will update my review when it gets resolved.

Great drift kart! Got one for each of my boys 3 and 4 years old. They've put them through the wringer and the kart has held up great. After ~9 months of use the right rear wheel developed a small crack. I contacted Aosom customer service and there were very friendly and responsive and after a few messages and photos of the wheel they shipped me a replacement as it was still covered under warranty. Would highly recommend this kart to anyone who may be considering it.

I bought this go kart for Christmas and now it’s May and My Grandson has just started to enjoy it. He does tricks with it spinning. The charge last a long time it’s very cute. It was easy to assemble the speed fast. The quality of it is great. Great traction on the road and is fun for kids.

This kart is fast, fun, and the battery life is pretty solid. It is also a little easier to control than the older version my child has from the same company with the hard plastic wheels. My kids really enjoyed it, and it is definitely one of the faster ride-on cars out there. Unfortunately, the reliability has been a big issue. It overheated once, and after that it never worked right again. At one point it would only go in reverse until it completely cooled down. We also bought a larger model from this same brand, and that one failed after about a year too. Based on our experience, these are fun when they work, but I would avoid this brand because the durability just has not been there.

The media could not be loaded. The unit just isn’t made properly. I received a replacement but after 3 weeks it died and won’t run. UPDATED Due to prompt customer service I was able to communicate with the team to find a suitable solution. Great communication and I could tell they actually care. —-I’m so disappointed. I got this for my son for Christmas and it’s only been roughly a month and it no longer works. I’ve charged it and it was assembled correctly but it simply doesn’t run anymore. It turns on but starts to make a whinning noise and won’t go forward or back. My husband just deployed I was expecting to keep my son busy with this but it no longer works. I’m hoping I hear from Customer Service soon.
