We bought this for our 31/2 yr old to be her one baby doll and she adores her Baby Doll (yes that's her name) the doll fits preemie clothes pretty well! Even newborn pants! She is holding up very well to the constant mothering of a very young mom who takes her job very seriously. The doll is beautiful and thoughtfully made, with lovely details in the fingernails and face. Her body does attract pet hair so be prepared to take a sticky roller to it regularly if you have pets.
