Her body is soft and a little weighty and her head is a little floppy. Exactly what my daughter was hoping for. And her face is darling. We put her in some newborn clothes but preemie would probably fit even better. We’re very happy with her!!

BEST doll I have ever bought outside of a professional artist!

This doll is absolutely adorable! If you are on the fence, wondering if you should get her...just get her! I have spent thousands on professionally hand painted re-born babies over the years for my two daughters and then 12 year old granddaughter...so this year when my youngest granddaughter wanted a doll (age 3) I didn't want to spend too much at her age, and decided to risk getting this one. I am so glad that I did! She is made of a durable vinyl and beautifully blushed in all the right places, with tipped finger and toenails. She comes with an outfit, birth certificate, magnetic pacifier (so careful around elders with pacemakers, since her mouth is magnetic), bottle, diaper, and hair bow. The outfit and hair bow are good quality and NOT cheap department store doll quality. She is 20 inches long with full arms and legs, so she can wear sleeveless outfits. She has a soft doe skin cloth body with ruching to create her bottom. She has hand painted hair, which is nicely done, and hand-rooted eyelashes. She is the perfect size for preemie and newborn clothing. I spent about $14 extra to buy 2.2 lbs of glass beads and re-weighted her myself (she comes lightly weighted), for a more realistic feel. I dont know how accurate this is...but my scale said it put her at 7.4 lbs, including her original poly-pellet bag (which I used to weight her head, and stuffing, which I re-used most of. If you want to do this, poly-pellets, and BBs work just as well for added weight, and you can find videos to learn how online. I have wrapped her in a blanket crocheted by my grandmother (her great great grandmother), and plan to give her a full box opening experience. When I showed her to my husband after weighting her, he said "WHY did we spend so much money on dolls before!" She is just beautiful! I will look for more dolls on Amazon from this company as my youngest granddaughter gets older, before buying from another artist! I suppose doll companies are catching on to the re-born movement stealing their business, and have upped their game! So...get this doll. She doesn't disappoint! Also...an aside...I felt terrible hiding her in my closet afterwards lol...she looked too real! I have added photos in all different lights to try and show how beautiful she is!

DEFINITELY WORTH IT!

This doll is definitely worth getting! She is the replica of the Lou Lou reborn doll, which was originally done by Joanna Kamierczak. I have 2 other reborn dolls that were purchased off of the Etsy website. (See Pics) The doll in the dress was over $500, and the doll in the mint green with pink flowers outfit was $230. I added pics for comparison. My Etsy dolls are weighted, which definitely makes them feel more real. They are even weighted in the limbs, whereas the Amazon doll is only weighted in her tush. I am probably going to open her up in the back and add some pellets that you can find at a craft store. You would add them to a "Knee high" type stocking, knot the end after filling, then place in doll with polyfil surrounding the pellets, and stich her back up. (This is not the traditional way to do this, but I am not going to wrestle with getting her head off, lol) No one will see her back anyway. She is very light to hold, which is probably better for a child or an elderly person. Her head is hard to turn, but it can be done. Her coloring is beautiful, and her lips are the perfect color, not too bright, as I had seen on another Amazon seller's doll of the same type. She came with a bottle, binky and birth certificate. The magnet for the pacifier was perfectly placed inside this doll's head, whereas the one that I got from Etsy is off centered and really aggravates me because it doesn't sit right. The hand painted hair was nicely done, and you can see the comparison to one of my Etsy dolls, as my other one with the dress has rooted hair. My Etsy doll with the painted hair is uneven. It's painted closer to one side of her face than the other... The outfit that she came in was ugly, lol, sorry, so I changed her into a cute baby outfit which is 0-3 months and is a little big on her, as compared to the doll in the mint green outfit, which is a 20 inch doll, and I have to agree with others that this doll does seem smaller than that. In my opinion, these dolls with the cloth body are better if you are looking for a more realistic, "cuddly" doll. Overall, she is very cute & realistic looking! I think that she is the cutest out of all of my reborn dolls, and I would absolutely purchase another one in the future as a gift! If you are thinking about getting this doll, do not hesitate! She's absolutely adorable!

My dad has Alzheimer’s and he loves holding this baby. She looks realistic and he sometimes can’t tell if she’s a doll. Her skin is very soft and high quality. My 3 year old niece loves her too.

I've always wanted those really expensive reborn doll that cost hundreds but couldn't justify the purchase. I told my coworkers and showed them the pics from etsy of the baby dolls how lifelike they were. My coworker called me and told me there was a sale on Amazon. When she arrived I was soooooo happy! She is so lifelike! I keep her in my room in a little basket and everytime I walk by her and see her beautiful face I get a dopamine hit! It's funny because I'm a professional adult who unapologetically has a baby doll. But she makes me happy and I don't have to wait until I'm a senior in a nursing home to get comfort and good baby memories! Buy her she is so realistic and lifelike!

I was choosing a doll for 11 yr old granddaughter. So she was very specific with what she would like. She wanted it to feel like a real baby. I order over 6 different dolls trying to find the right one. This baby fit the bill. She has cloth body that is weighted so she is soft and forms to you. Her full arms and legs are soft plastic. So she can wear little panties and you don’t see cloth with legs or arms. Comes with bottle, magnet pacifier, cute outfit. Can’t wait to see her face when she opens on Christmas…..
