This item would be great for Onesies or childrens clothing. It’s a bit small for adult garments and causes multiple applications and uneven gluing of the HTV.

    • Quit working after a short time!
I haven’t even had my machine for long and it is not working properly anymore! I tried all the troubleshooting and tried to contact someone but couldn’t find any information.

    • Vibration Feature Stopped Working
The vibration feature stopped working after 1st use. Additionally, after the vibration feature stopped working, the press heated unevenly. I contacted customer service and I was advised to press and hold the + button and that should resolve the issue, however, this did not work.

I read the instructions and made my first ever personal t-shirt design. It worked well and it was easy to use. However, I noticed that it may be small for some people who want/needs larger designs. The one I got is 10*10 inches.
