    • Challenge to put together but worth it
This took 3 1/2 hours to put together. I have arthritis and my partner has big hands do getting into a few spots was a challenge for us. Once it was together it moved smoothly across the room to I’d new home. To save our sanity I would either hire someone to put it together or have him ask his friend to help!! ... show more

Would’ve given it a 9.5 out of 10 if 2 nuts weren’t missing. If you’re mechanically inclined like me and you’re buying this for yourself, then you’ll probably won’t even care if 2 nuts were missing from the parts package. (Hmm that didn’t sound right) but hey you probably got some spare nuts to finish the… Never mind just buy the cabinet because it is a good product if you don’t plan on moving it around all the time. Occasionally moving it to clean your shop floor should probably be ok for this cabinet’s wheel fasteners and bottom to handle. Wheels seem like they’re heavy duty but rest of cabinet and fasteners are more moderate duty than heavy duty. Cabinet is more than strong enough to handle your light to medium weighted shop supplies and some tools. Cabinet won’t be able to handle a lot of tools or very heavy items. In my opinion, if I don’t abuse this cabinet, it will last me a long time. ... show more

    • Delivered damaged and missing parts in a mangled box

I bought two of these for the garage. One of them was delivered in a mangled box and damaged with missing parts. The other was undamaged. I am fairly good at using tools and building, fixing and putting things together, but this took about four hours to put one together with poor instructions. The lock doesnt line up well and the handles are plastic. Update- I changed my rating from a one to a three. The company, not Amazon, reached out to me to help with my return and made it very easy after Amazon did not. They also offered assistance with assembly on the other if needed. ... show more

    • Be aware of shipping damage
Good: Visual instructions. Ok: Packaging, overall design. Thin metal construction that only gets enough sturdyness when assembled. Bad: Just like with other's commenting, FedEx damaged main box in transit requiring me to re-bend metal several elements to get them to fit together. Amazon, please stop using FedEx to reduce customer disatisfaction. Also, poor design of door latch causes lower metal latch pole to become constantly dislodged when opening and closing the cabinet's doors. Also, missing wall 1-3/16" screws to attach cabinet to wall so it won't fall over on customer . . . another trip to the hardware store to replace. ... show more
