Love these coolers. We have a home at the Colorado river so we have a couple of them for boating in the summer. These coolers are the best. They are just as good or better than a way more expensive one like Yeti, with a better price tag. They are also very durable and we have been using them for years and have been holding up great. The river water is very hard and hard on everything and destroys stitching in the cheaper cooler’s, however I have not had any issues with these. I also like the buckles on the sides to allow a large opening for loading the cooler. We have tried many different types of coolers but none have been successful at keeping cold when it’s 120 degrees outside like this one does. The lining is very thick and durable and not easy to tear, however I would still use caution placing sharp objects inside. I have one of these coolers and purchased this one for a family member because I love mine. It is much lighter weight and fits many places significantly easier than a regular cooler. We take it to classic car shows and it fits easily behind the front seat on the floor board. This is best bag for your buck! Keeps ice for days, even on the boat in the Arizona heat. It's very durable and love how the zipper clips down to make it a small square which makes for easy packing in and out of vehicles, boats, etc. Buy it, you won't be disappointed.

Love this cooler. I’m a flight attendant and use it as my food bag on every one of my trips. It flies with me 6 days a week every week. I take care of it and even clean it inside and out almost daily, but it is holding up fantastically. I’ve used it in one year more than most would use it in a lifetime. It’s perfect for filling up with your food containers and things like that, but I’ve also filled it with beer and ice without bags just as you could in a hard-sided cooler. It can do anything. I purchased a new open box cooler to find out it was used and damaged. The cooler was like new but had pin holes in the liner. The holes were not a manufacturer defect. I took the cooler to AO in Corona Ca and explained the situation. They were fantastic and honored a warranty they didn’t have to. I paid &15 dollars so it could be sent to Tennessee for a new liner and then sent back to me. The next day I got a call and they offered to just send me a new one. I received the new AO cooler in the mail the following day. AO has fantastic products and even better customer service.
