Manufacturer Warranty Description: ANZZI provides a limited manufacturer warranty to the original purchaser, valid only when the product is registered within 90 days of the delivery date at the SWCORP manufacturing website or by mailing the registration card included in the owner's manual. The bathtub shell, frame, and finish are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and material under normal household use for 10 years from the date of original purchase. The watertight door seal carries a limited lifetime warranty against defects. All other parts and components, including motors, electronic controls, pumps, jets, waste and overflow assemblies, fittings, faucets, and plated finishes, are covered by a limited 1 year warranty, subject to verification of the defect or malfunction. All labor and repair-related services are covered within the first 90 days of purchase. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original owner on the original purchase order. The finish warranty does not cover fading, cracking, delaminating, or blistering caused by excessive wear, sun exposure, or abrasive cleaning. It does not apply to failures or damage resulting from negligence, abuse, misuse, improper installation, alteration, chemical corrosion, or improper maintenance, or to damage that could have been identified through proper inspection prior to installation. Scratches and surface damage must be reported within 5 days of delivery and before installation, and claims must be submitted in writing.
