Been through about half a dozen flights now -- so far, so good, for durability. Everything still works, and works well, especially the rollers. About the worst that's happening to it is the accumulation of scuff marks. Although this is a "hard case", the plastic is not highly rigid, so it might feel a little flimsy, but so far it's holding up just fine. Plenty of expansion room built in at the zipper, in case you need to pack a bit more. I pack lightly but even for a nine day trip with both dressy and casual clothes needed, and some purchases along the way, it was full but not need effort to pack it all in. Both the color (for the dark green version) and the pattern make this luggage very distinctive. In practice, I've always been able to spot it from far away with no confusion with any other bag, so no need to mark it.

I got the 24" bag in pink for a 3 night cruise as my checked luggage. It served the purpose just fine. The color helped me find it more easily on the luggage carousels and mixed in with a hundred other bags during disembarking. It rolled easily and the wheels stayed on through the abuse that the baggage handlers no doubt put them through. I did notice a few things that differ this $100 bag from my daughter's more expensive one. This one is not expandable and the interior pockets do not have gussets. The depth for packing on each side is about 4 1/2 inches. The pull handle is not telescoping; but, it worked well enough for me.

I ordered the 24 inch one and have used it during the memorial day weekend for a short trip. It is very light in weight and has enough space for what I need. The wheels move very smoothly. So far I have been very satisfied with it and hope it can last a few years.

My wife and I purchased two sets of luggage from AnyZip in January for our trip in May. In May, we flew into Seattle. When I picked up my luggage at Seattle airport (SEATAC) the pin heads were sheered off on the side pocket of my smaller bag. When I returned from our vacation, I tried contacting Anyzip via their website and got no reply. I sent them an email explaining what happened. There is suppose to be a one year warranty on the luggage so I thought they would honor the warranty since the return window had passed. Here was AnyZip's reply: "Dear customer, Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.We tried our best to get a 15$ compensation from the after sales manager, is that acceptable to you?" I replied and said that is not acceptable. The pin heads were probably defective and they should honor their warranty and send me a replacement piece and a return label to send back the defective piece. I'll change this review if they end up replacing my luggage. I have changed my review from a 2 star to a 4 star rating. After going back and forth with customer service, I was able to come up with a solution to my satisfaction. Other than this issue, I would consider purchasing Anyzip luggage in the future should I ever need to replace what I have. Chris
