Did a test wash load a couple of days ago, and unfortunately I had the water level too high. I made the mistake of setting the wrong level. I'm doing my second load right now and I have to say it's a very effective washing machine. Just be aware it doesn't have a mixer, so if you want a cold water rinse, you have to turn off the hot water. Other than that, it's fully automatic. As long as it's level, it makes very little noise. The spin cycle does an excellent job of leaving the clothes only slightly damp. Highly recommend for anyone with limited space, or studio apartment. ... show more

Easy to setup, will wash king sized sheets. Water level 5 seems to be right for all loads and programs. The supply hose is garbage, buy a quality braided metal hose and you won't be cleaning up leaks. Drain pump is strong and easily empties water. 22, 45, 66 minute programs (quick, standard, heavy). The product was not working from the beginning. Timers worked, but the tumblers inside were not, there was no agitation at all in either the washer part or the spin cycle parts.

I like the washer and the size is perfect. The downside is the spin cycle sucks. I literally have to set it on spin 2-3 times and it still doesn’t give the complete spin. Clothes are still too wet.To wet to place in dryer.
