We bought this as a Christmas present for our 11 year-old who has recently become interested in makeup. We didn’t want to spend a good amount of money on something we know she may or may not take care of. The vanity is cute, and the lights are BRIGHT. However, it was tedious to put together. By myself, it took a little over 2.5 hours to completely assemble. Direction do suggest two people assembly together, but my husband wasn’t home when my daughter asked for it to be put together. The process may have gone faster, but the holes on one of the table legs weren’t lined up straight with the hole in the tabletop. Also, one of the pre-drilled holes on the back doesn’t have the metal casing to anchor the bolt inside, so the mirror portion is currently only held to the tabletop by 3 screws instead of 4. Overall it’s a cute vanity, and will serve its purpose for a preteen, but I don’t expect it to have a long lifespan.

My 9 year old granddaughter has her own room at our house. The piece is not expensive as the quality of drawers etc… show, but it’s perfect for her to keep her hair accessories and makeup! Everyone thinks it’s adorable! She enjoys it and keeps it immaculate. Helping teach her to be organized.

This is a beautiful vanity, but if it were up to me I would’ve choose another one. The directions are easy to follow, it’s not necessarily hard to put together but you will see where the screws line up to put the legs on there will be a gap in the legs. I’ve tried to fix it and it just wouldn’t be flush with the vanity like in the actual photos they display. Just pick out another vanity…
