My neck is honestly one of my biggest problem areas, especially after losing weight and going through menopause. At 52 with very dry mature skin, I am realistic about neck creams. I do not expect a topical product to magically “lift” skin or replace procedures. What I do want is smoother-looking skin, better hydration, improved texture, and products that make my neck look healthier overall. This one actually delivers on that. The first thing that caught my attention was that it is made by Cosmax. I pay attention to Korean manufacturers, and Cosmax is behind formulations for many respected K-beauty brands across both affordable and luxury categories. In my experience, they tend to formulate products that feel elegant while still being effective, and this definitely has that feel. The texture is excellent. It has enough richness to properly moisturize the neck area without feeling greasy, sticky, or suffocating. My neck tends to get dry very easily, and dryness makes every line and crease look worse. This cream immediately makes the skin look smoother and more hydrated simply because it softens and cushions the area so well. I also really like the ingredient combination. The retinol gives you gentle resurfacing and smoothing support over time, while the collagen and hydrating ingredients help create that softer, plumper appearance on the surface. No, topical collagen is not rebuilding deep structural collagen in the skin, but it absolutely can help improve the look and feel of dehydrated, crepey skin temporarily. That is exactly what this does well. The gua sha-style applicator is honestly a nice touch too. I know some people will see it as gimmicky, but I actually enjoyed using it. It helps distribute the cream evenly and turns the application into more of an actual treatment experience instead of just quickly rubbing on moisturizer. I found myself using the product more consistently because of it. Another big plus for me is that the formula feels comfortable on the skin. I did not experience irritation, redness, or sensitivity, which can easily happen for me with retinol products. The scent is also fairly mild and clean. It is not aggressively perfumed, which I appreciate because heavily fragranced neck creams can become irritating fast. Longevity-wise, the hydration lasts surprisingly well. My neck still felt soft hours later instead of immediately dry again, and over time I noticed my skin looking less dull and less crepey overall. Makeup and sunscreen also layered nicely over it without pilling. This is best for someone who wants hydration, smoother-looking neck skin, and a more polished appearance over time. It is not for someone expecting dramatic lifting or a surgical-level change from a cream. Overall, I really like this. It makes my neck look smoother, feels comfortable, layers well, moisturizes extremely well, and the Cosmax manufacturing is a major plus for me.

I love ANUA. Although this retinol refining cream feels great on my neck, I find the applicator very difficult to use. It's not like traditional guasha. But I love the actual cream. It isn't greasy. It has a pleasant smell. My skin feels softer with less wrinkles. It doesn't just lie on the skin of my neck. It actually absorbed into my skin.

I’m loving this cream so far. I think I’m seeing noticeable improvement with my skins fullness and it can only be attributed to this new addition to my skincare routine. I’ve been using the Anua Collagen product consistently, and I’m genuinely impressed with how hydrated and plump my skin looks. It absorbs quickly, doesn’t leave a sticky residue, and gives my skin a healthy, dewy glow. My makeup also applies more smoothly after using it. Good product very smooth on application. Skin feels firmer after 20 days. Suggest applying at night, as it has Retinol which makes the skin prone to sun damage. No skin irratation.
