I really love this purse and I get a lot of compliments. I wanted to use the pocket in front to put my phone in but the leather is tough. Hoping it will loosen up with more time. I couldn't tell by the photos, but I was glad to see it did. Zippers, snaps and hardware are strong. I cut off the strap and bought a chain strap from Amazon to make it even more sleek.
