    • Color issue, return problem.
The pins look like they would work but the color is not a good match. Hard to match color from the picture, my mistake. Tried to return for an exchange but the Amazon automated return system tried to send a new package of the same color as before. No option for an exchange found yet. This is where Amazon is a pain. Can't even return an unopened package at my cost so it can be resold. ... show more

    • Worked just like original ones
Had to replace few broken ones that were attached into brick wall and these fit right back in without any issues once old leftovers were drilled out. Color was as close to previous as it could have been considering years of UV exposure on old shutters.

    • Easy... matches perfectly if you choose well when ordering
Perfect color match and an easy fix for a vinyl shutter stripped off house by swirly winds. Hardest part was removing broken off fasteners to make room for the new ones. If they can't be pushed into wall, they'll need to be drilled out. This isn't a product issue.

The color of product I ordered was listed as Wedgewood Blue. Although the packaging was identified as such, the shutter locks were nowhere near a blue color. They were more like a olive/grey color. The product is also more flexible than locks that I previously used which will make them more difficult to hammer them through the shutters without bending. I don't the time to return them but I'm very dissatisfied with this product and would NOT recommend them. ... show more
