This is my 2nd review - 2 weeks after my initial. Warranty service still not fulfilled after a month of trying. Tried to get me to accept a 40% refund and then I fix the machine. It is clear they have NO SERVICE RELATIONSHIPS in the United States. Purchase these units understanding that warranty support is painfully slow, full of excuses, they burden the owner/purchaser to send pics and videos constantly - and they want the owner/purchaser to perform ALL diagnostics whether you have expertise or not.
