  • Excellent gloves
Size: 9 (L)
These are great gloves. I use these for almost all garage and shop activities to avoid tearing up my hands. The mesh on the back is very breathable and I find my hands sweat less than wearing Mechanix gloves. I’m a “ruster”; everything ferrous I touch rusts almost instantly and these help a lot with that. One must be aware that wearing any kind of gloves around spinning machinery is VERY dangerous. These have plenty of “tack” to them on the gripping surfaces, and are therefore extra dangerous in this regard. I have to remember to take them off prior to using milling machines, drill presses, etc. I’ve caught fingers up using a cordless drill a couple of times and they grab FAST! The back material is weak enough to tear away, which is a good thing. Having said all that, I will still wear these around the garage and shop; you just have to establish good work habits. These wear out faster than Mechanix, but they are so light and breathable that I think they are worth it. I can usually wear the same pair for at least a couple of weeks of shop work before I have to replace them. I’ve tried other Ansell work gloves as well and while there are some that are tougher and more cut resistant, these are still by far my favorites. Edit: I just wore these kayaking in really hot weather - they were awesome! I’ve used them for handling fish as well. They are going to be a permanent part of my outdoor and backpacking kit from now on. ... show more

  • These are a light duty model!
Size: 9 (L)
These are exactly what they’re suppose to be. For any Amazon reviewers complaining about these breaking down too quick, they clearly don’t know this model is basically, extreme dexterity for light duty work; think electronics assembly, Amazon warehouse style of work, Plumbers and electricians, people who work with their hands; if they’re doing light duty work. Unlike hyflex’s medium and heavier duty gloves; these breath great, feel amazing, taking them on and offside a breeze even if their wet. I’m an electrician doing big condo developments. Trench work, underground, drilling all day with holehawgs. These last about 5 days before I replace them. Catch the back of your hand wrong and the fabric will rip; like others have mentioned. You could get a couple weeks out of them, maybe a month if you’re using them in their appropriate setting. Or use in a heavy setting but replacing them more often. They’re dexterity and “breathability” are really unmatched. ... show more

  • Love them except the unraveling.
Size: 8 (M)
I have small hands so the size 6 is a perfect fit for me. The best. The grip and comfort is on point. Only thing that sucks is the unraveling at the cuff. The money you pay for them they should last at least a week. I work in a plumbing shop and some of the fittings are filthy with dust and oils. These gloves are perfect for my work. ... show more

Great Item!

  • This is a joke
Size: 6 (XS)
Let me begin with some background. I wear this brand 10 hours a day, 4 days a week at work, so I am familiar with the sizing. I ordered these as I wanted a thinner version and the smallest size at work is a 7. I am not a snobby shopper and realize I may get knock offs, that doesn’t bother me, but these gloves are a joke! I assume the only customer that orders this size is for a child. The palm is sized correctly but the fingers are an inch short and don’t go past the second joints in my fingers. I bought 12 pairs of useless material. I have never returned an item I order, but I’m tempted this time. Lesson learned! If you’re looking for a size 6 glove this is fine only if you’re ordering for a juvenile. ... show more

  • Light, breathable, good dexterity.
Size: 11 (2XL)
Great gloves, and I would buy them again, but out of the 24 gloves in the package, 20 of them started coming unraveled at the cuff leaving a long, thin blue thread to get tangled up in my work (nothing dangerous, the thread is too thin to draw your hand into something like rotating equipment). I put gloves on and take them off a few times a day, so maybe these aren't designed for that. If you are going to put these on one time, use them and then throw them away, these are a five-star purchase. ... show more

  • Great tactile gloves
Size: 10 (XL)
I have been using these gloves for 15 years now at work and at home. They are very thin and allow for detail work with your hands but strong enough to protect you from cut scrapes and pokes. Don’t plan on using them for more than two maybe three projects because they will wear quickly But they’re only about three dollars a pair. ... show more
