We made a rookie parenting mistake and bought a single person ride on when we have 2 small kids in our home. To save our sanity we got this ride-on and it was totally worth it. It runs great (it’s fast!) and comes with a remote, so I can keep my tush in a chair while I watch them zip around in the back yard without fear of them running into something (or each other). My 4 year old figured out how to dump the bucket and now will run my handfuls of picked weeds out into the back yard to discard. A win-win. Assembly is a bit of work but the charge lasts a long time and haven’t had any issues so far.

We recieved the item and started putting it together, but there was an obvious problem with the left drive motor. I contacted the company and within a few days they had sent out a replacement part. It came a few days past the estimated date, and I got worried before that and contacted them again. They said it was held up and that they would send out another one and even offered me a partial refund. Anyways, i ended up receiving both left and right drive motors and I put the car together. The car works as adversted. It drives faster than expected. The music is loud. The wheels grip the road well, and the remote is saving us from disaster. The hardest thing to master with little arms is the dump lock that requires pulling out from underneath, but its still better than it randomly dumping on us. We haven't had to recharge the battery yet after using it for 2 - 1 hour time frames. The battery maybe lost a bar after a total of 1.5 hours. We are very happy with this purchase! And thank the company for all the work they put into making everything right and working.

Amazing! My grandson is 21 months, loves to be outside, and this has been a game changer. We live in the country so there are trees, mud, rocks, holes, and almost no flat land. This truck has been able to make it through all of it. Keep in mind, he is still small so I don't drive him through crazy terrain but I don't have to clear a path ahead of time. What we love - battery life is incredible! I've driven him around the property on speed 1 (there are 3 speeds) for at least an hour at a time for a week solid before I had to charge the battery. We keep the lights on and he loves changing the music while I drive him around and still we have gotten a solid 7+ hours before a charge was needed. The dump/bed feature. It works! However, this is not something a little one can easily do on their own. There is a latch handle under the seat that has to be pulled at the same time as the knob to have the bed dump is pulled up or down. So it would take a child old enough to operate 2 gears at once or an adult to use this function. The parent remote is fantastic! You could sit and let your little ones ride around just in the space directly in front of you or its easy enough to walk behind them as they ride ahead. I have connected my phone to the Bluetooth and it works without issues. I will say its kind of hard to hear the music since the truck itself is loud when driving. What we would change - seat belts. I highly recommend adding a belt of some kind between the legs if you have a child as young as my grandson. The shoulder belt doesn't stay on the shoulder and doesn't tighten enough to use as just a lap belt. This is important because of the stop/go/reverse when using the parent remote. If you just stop pressing the buttons your child kind of slams forward or backwards causing them to slip out of their seat. I can't say if this is the same for when the child operates the truck but using the parent remote takes a bit of practice to learn to tap the buttons a few times to slow down to prevent the hard stop. Putting the truck together was relatively easy. Just make sure to read through the directions first then go back to step 1 to assemble. This way you don't end up having to take apart something due to wires.. that is what happened to me twice. It was an easy fix though. The truck is well made, very fun, simple to operate and aside from the seat belts needing to be better functioning, its safe and durable. We are very happy and would recommend this to anyone with a little one that had the space to enjoy it.

I’ll start by saying the customer service was great. The toy however is about as poorly made as can be. First, the forward and reverse switch stopped working within the first few days and the company sent a new one. Then one of the drive motors went. That happened within the first week. The company sent 2 replacements and refunded $50 on the total purchase. Not long after that the foot pedal/accelerator stayed in the on position and it just drove itself when the key was on which is extremely dangerous especially because it’s made for a child. Lastly the charger stopped working. Ordered a new one which the company reimbursed us for but that wasn’t the problem. At that point we gave up on the truck. In less than a month of owning the drump truck it never really worked properly for more than a day or two at a time. Customer service did stay in contact and did their best to fix all the problems but the toy is junk. It needs to be completely redesigned because everything is such poor quality. In the end we did receive a full refund-which I believe was fair but won’t be purchasing this brand in the future. Customer service deserves 5 stars but the toy should get less than one. Great idea for a kids toy on paper but the product it a total failure.

Requires some assembly, but not hard to do, it took about an hour using a hand screwdriver and the tools provided. The instructions were clear. So far the truck works great, we used it a lot on Christmas day and the battery bar stayed full. The remote control works great and I was surprised by how far away you could use the remote. I really like the "park" feature on the remote, it will instantly lock up the wheels and will not move until you turn the park back off, even if the kid in the truck is trying to use the pedal to go. The power dump bed is very cool, but our kid is too young to be able to unlock it and dump the bed at the same time, so I do that for him. This truck has multiple speed options and is surprisingly fast in the highest setting. Radio works fine and can be paired to Bluetooth. We have only used it for about 2 hours at this point, so time will tell on long term durability, but it seems to be well built and quite heavy duty.

So far this thing completely rules. It’s fast, it’s fun, it’s functional. Parents can override reckless driving by using the remote control. My 3 year old son has been using it to help us spread our mulch. We charged the battery once so far and have gotten a ton of use out of it. Definitely worth getting the 24V. There are so many awesome and realistic features including a Bluetooth hook up for music from your phone. We can’t get over how awesome this thing is. It’s worth every penny.

UPDATE! **Seller was super quick about sending a new switch and it fixed the problem. After a bit, the left rear tire stopped turning and we learned the gear box had been manufactured incorrectly. Seller responded quickly and is sending a new gear box. So while the quality of the truck isn't 100%, issues have been fixable and it's a super fun little toy. My 3 and small 5 year old fit great and love it. It goes fast enough for the 3 year old, the 5 year old wants a little more speed but he still enjoys it.** We can't get the pedal to work right. It sometimes goes backwards with the pedal, but not always. Won't go forward at all. It drives great with the remote control but that's no fun for the kids.

This thing is awesome. I got it for my two-year-old son Christmas 2025. We use it all the time and the battery has yet to die on us. We don’t charge it every time. The power is good. The speed is good. The size is good. The best part is the tires are not plastic. They’re like a rubbery type of texture so that alone makes it way better than others imo. My only complaint is that it’s really hard to get it to go straight as a parent controlling it with the remote control. I’m constantly having to click left and right to keep it on the sidewalk. Also be ready for kids at the park to ask to play with it. My 10-year-old daughter also drives it for fun sometimes, she barely fits, but it works. As I’m typing this, my son and I are at the park filling the dump truck up with bark and rocks and sticks and dumping it.
