I purchase this bakeware set, because I had already purchase the Anolon pizza crisper. And like the pizza crisper, this bakeware set is also impressive. I have baked chicken and fish on it many times, (I use aluminum foil beneath the crisper to catch the grease), the meat almost slides off when done. The bakeware set is somewhat heavy, but very sturdy and the crisper did not warp (unlike my last crisper). Clean up is very easy (warm soap and water), but after a while, there will be some discoloration (that's expected). The only issue I have is the size: it is larger than stated. I measured the pan: 17 1/2 x 12 inches (external) which might be a problem for people with small ovens (my oven door can't close completely). Other than the size, this product is definitely worth purchasing, if you don't want food sticking to pan and then having to scrub/scrape and soak the pan, thanks. ... show more

I really like a lot of my food on the crispy side. This pan made my bacon taste phenomenal while not burning it! Delicious! I can't wait to try it on other things like my green beans (which tastes amazing with some olive oil and salt and pepper added it to it in the oven for 15-18 minutes cooked at 425 degrees F). It's really easy to clean and the food doesn't stick - it comes right off - even the bacon! I have a feeling this pan will last me awhile. Anolon makes quality non-stick pans.... The overall appearance of this Christopher is very nice. And also he is also is a high quality item.. It has some weight to it which means that it is very sturdy. Especially I like the coating nothing seems to stick to it. Also like the ability to remove the crisp rate and yet 2 is very durable. I use this a lot of times as a smaller sheet for smaller items rather than putting a big baking sheet in the oven. So far as this worked out really fine .     • Best pan yet for cooking bacon in the oven

I bought this pan primarily to cook bacon in the oven. It was a bit smaller than I wanted (should have paid better attention to the dimensions), but I was still able to cook 6 slices of bacon, which is the usual amount I fix for my family of three. Anyway, the pan is just deep enough that there was no grease spillage (but be sure to use bacon that has a more meat to fat ratio), and clean up was so easy! I hand-washed the pan because I want to maintain the integrity of the nonstick, but it will fit easily into the dishwasher. I've also baked breaded fish, chicken and french fries on it - very little oil needed (or use none at all). I highly recommend purchasing this! ... show more

Very good quality. Great for reheating leftover pizza...it does a great job of recrisping the crust. Haven't tried it yet for home-made pizza, but I imagine it will be great. Sturdy feel, well-made pan & super easy clean up because of the surface. A great brand & great product.

    • Excellent choice for oven air frying

This pan is perfect. We’ve had for 6 months and use it at least once a week. It still looks new and cleans up so well. The browning level is probably medium unless you use oil on the food first, we do not to save calories. Still crisps up our food nicely.

Love this crisper pan! Got a new oven with the air fryer feature, so happy I got this pan. NOTHING sticks to it. I made bacon wrapped jalapeño poppers twice now and the cheese oozed out both sides and I was worried it was gonna ruin the pan but it cleaned up so easy, also i love that it's not a "wire rack" type, it made the food so easy to wipe right off, nothing gets caught in the grooves, It's awesome.
