I've been using this Meta Quest 3 battery strap for a while now, and I must say, it's an absolute delight. This accessory has significantly enhanced my VR experience, particularly in terms of battery life and comfort. Firstly, the improvement in battery performance is remarkable. With this battery strap, I've consistently gained an additional 2-3 hours of playtime, which is a game-changer for longer VR sessions. It means less interruption and more immersive gameplay, which is exactly what any VR enthusiast would appreciate. I use the Quest 3 a lot for work, so being able to work for more time with no interruptions is fantastic. The functionality of the battery strap is top-notch. It integrates seamlessly with the Quest 3, maintaining the sleek look and feel of the headset while adding much-needed extra power. The fit and comfort are where this strap truly shines. It's a significant upgrade over the original strap that comes with the headset. The weight distribution is well-balanced, reducing the front-heavy feel of the headset, and the padding is just right – not too soft, not too firm. It makes wearing the Quest 3 for extended periods much more comfortable. I did encounter an issue with the locking mechanism of the strap. However, the way ANNAPRO handled this situation was truly impressive. Their customer service was highly responsive -- responding in less than an hour -- very professional, and very apologetic. They promptly sent me a brand new headset to resolve the issue, which speaks volumes about their commitment to customer satisfaction. I should note for those less familiar with battery straps, there is a very minor buzzing noise when the strap is plugged in and on. I've noticed this with each external battery source I've tried for the Quest 3, so it seems to be a common trait rather than a specific flaw of this product. While noticeable when there's no audio playing from the Quest 3, it's mostly a minor issue and doesn't detract significantly from the overall experience. Additionally, if you have headphones in, or audio playing on Quest 3, then you shouldn't notice it at all. In conclusion, this battery strap is a fantastic addition to the VR setup. Its extended battery life, improved functionality, and enhanced comfort make it a must-have for serious VR users. The minor issue with the buzzing noise is far outweighed by the benefits, and the exemplary customer service from ANNAPRO adds an extra layer of confidence in this product.

I do not have anything to compare it to, but this head strap is awesome. This is my first attempt at an OEM external battery head strap and I think I hit a home run on the first swing. It is easy to install. I will admit I had to use a Youtube video though because I found the instructions a bit confusing. I was a little worried at first of removing things, because I was scared that I would break something. After seeing how it was done on a few videos. I gained some confidence and took a leap of faith. I am here to say that my Quest survived and was able to successfully be put back together. Not only does this device make it easier to put the Quest 3 on, it is also a lot more comfortable than the one that comes with the Quest. This strap is reasonably priced and I like that it does not have any distracting external LEDS or lights. It is very versatile, meaning that it fits my head just as good as it fits my 4 and 8 year olds heads. It is very sturdy and appears to be pretty durable. This is a blessing and a curse. My kids can now play comfortable for hours, which means they will be playing for hours. The extended battery last a long time, I have quit playing before I have run out of juice now. I like that the battery has a LED that displays the battery life in the googles. I cannot think of anything that could make this head strap any better. I will never look at the basic strap the same and will never be able to go back to using it. I strongly recommend this strap for your Quest 3.

I made this purchase based on the recommendation of a user. It seemed great initially, but it seemed like the supplemental battery just wasn't charging on the headstrap at all, so the only charge for my quest 3 was the standard direct charge. I thought that I had essentially just purchased a headstrap for my quest that made it heavier and served no other purpose. I contacted Annapro directly via their customer service, - they responded VERY quickly, asked for more information, and offered to replace it. That's the way it should be done. I actually got my original one working - I think the charging cable I was using just wasn't powerful enough for the supplemental battery. It's a solid headstrap and makes it much more comfy and secure. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because of the permanence of the piece that goes on the back of the head - once you snap it in, you CANNOT take it back off, so be careful when you're putting it together!!!

When I first got my quest 3 I did like the head strap but after about an hour or so it would start giving me a headache. I looked for aftermarket head straps and found this one that also includes a battery pack. I like to spend four to six hours in VR if I can. This strap and battery pack lets me do that. The head strap is very well made and is extremely easy to adjust. The strap that goes over your head has a material similar to memory foam that makes it soft and comfortable on your head. The back silicone rest is comfortable on the back of your head and with the battery it balances the weight very nicely. The adjustment mechanism on the back is very easy to turn whatever direction you need to so you can adjust the fit just the way you want it. I was able to adjust the fit so that the headset is perfectly placed in front of my face with almost no pressure. If I want it more snug I can just crank it a little bit more. I'm already very happy with the quest 3 headset as it is. This aftermarket strap and battery make this headset amazing. I will see how well the battery works and if it doesn't work as expected I will take off one star but just the comfort alone makes it worth four stars.
