I made this purchase based on the recommendation of a user. It seemed great initially, but it seemed like the supplemental battery just wasn't charging on the headstrap at all, so the only charge for my quest 3 was the standard direct charge. I thought that I had essentially just purchased a headstrap for my quest that made it heavier and served no other purpose. I contacted Annapro directly via their customer service, - they responded VERY quickly, asked for more information, and offered to replace it. That's the way it should be done. I actually got my original one working - I think the charging cable I was using just wasn't powerful enough for the supplemental battery. It's a solid headstrap and makes it much more comfy and secure. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because of the permanence of the piece that goes on the back of the head - once you snap it in, you CANNOT take it back off, so be careful when you're putting it together!!!
