Well, the decision to buy this was born out of need (toilet out of service) and inconvenience. I am a tall and heavy man (over 400 lbs) and didn't really want to have a mess, afterwards. This item turned out to be a life savior. If I have to use it again, it's actually possible for my wife to grudginly use it, I'm sure! Excellent collapsible portable toilet. Very solid when setup like the demo tape showed you can stand on it and it folds right up for storage. Small enough to keep in car for an example space wise. Camping seems to be the main thing that comes to mind.

Sat down on this bad boy and dropped off some fiber rolls. The extra height is welcomed and the seat is comfortable. If youre a fighter pilot, your joystick wont fold very well into it, but keep a hand on it and fire the gun straight ahead and the dookie bombs will land in the bag.

Perfect for primitive/disperse camping especially if you're tight on packing/storage space. I keep mine in my Jeep at all times, "just in case"! I mostly tent camp deep in the forest in a primitive setting. I use mother nature's bathroom most of the time, especially during the daylight hours. This portable toilet goes in my tent for those late night "emergencies'!

I purchased this portable toilet to use for camping. Ive used it on only 2 trips totaling 13 days before it started to fail. At first it was great. The seat was comfortable, easy to assemble and clean, loved the extra storage pouch on the side and super portable. The problem came halfway through my second trip when the handle kept popping out. I noticed that the wood like material it’s made out of was absorbing moisture almost as if it were cardboard and it started to bend right where the handle was. As a result, the seat became unstable on one side and I had to lean to the right so I wouldn’t fall off. I’m 230lbs and the seat is rated for 400lbs or more. lt was working great in my tent but I was really disappointed because it broke halfway through a 7 day stay. Next time I think I’ll stick with plastic and not fabric/wood particles.

This appeared not to be stable, but it said it supported 440 pounds, so I ordered it. The tenant lives in a small unit and the bathroom is very small. He mentioned is was going to have knee surgery and that it is going to be very difficult maneuvering a “Walker”. So I thought this might work, and it is perfect!
