The first color cartridge worked great and printed crisp and clear. I just installed the second printer cartridge after the first ran out and the color is faded/blurry and not as vibrant. I tried aligning the print heads, restarting the printer, and cleaning the print head multiple times. Still the same issue keeps coming up with the color printing faded/blurry. They sent me new color ink cartridges and I just tried both of them. Same issues with printing blurry colored text and images. If they worked I was going to update my review to a positive one, but the BAD INK is not a FLUKE--it was 3 out of 4 cartridges I got from them. Waste of $$$ ... show more

I am disappointed not with the product so I don’t know how to rate it. My new HP printer is not asking for only HP ink products. So that means I cannot continue to use any other ink like I have in the past. I really didn’t know how to rate it.

I like the ink , it is reasonable priced and prints great on my printer I have been using it to print my home made cards and am satisfied with the results. I was a little bit worried when I ordered them as the one I bought before, a different brand, didn't work at all just printed everything blue and looked like someone had already used it before me . no protective tape or anything on it I will never buy that brand again but I will buy the Ankink again for sure. ... show more
