    • Great Customer Service but unacceptable source-receiver time lag for a TV to soundbar connection.

The customer service was excellent, offered a refund even though the Amazon refund window had closed. The receiver/sender would operate well for non-visual related purposes where a time lag is not critical. Unfortunately, the bluetooth (BT) connection produces a very noticable time lag between a TV source and sound bar 6m away. Set-up and BT self-pairing was easy, but the time lag (>100 msec) was unacceptable in use with a TV over the short distance between source and receiver. Out-of-sync lip movements were noticable and disconcerting. If I left the source sound on the echo effect was very disorienting. The device works well, the USB port does not work with a 32Gb card, however it works great with a 2Gb card with no issues. It is easy to setup and use, it sounds great for the price. I think I will order a second one for the shop.

Finally I can listen music from my USB drive to my old stereo system . No brain need to plug it in and plug in the usb .

Overall, the unit is a good design. It's compact and paired easily once I got past the instructions on how to hook it up. The instructions are really lacking. The issues is with the volume level. When I connected it to my TV, through the head phone jack, I had to crank the volume up to, like 98, just to get the same sound volume out of my wireless bluetooth speaker as if I were using the TV speakers when the TV speakers are set on, like, 12 or 13 level. And this is with me standing next to the TV, holding my wireless bluetooth speaker. So, something is getting lost in translation through Bluetooth. I may try a different bluetooth speaker just to confirm, but as of now, I'm not impressed with the transmission power. ... show more

What can i say it truly is better than the ones i previously bought and to boot this unit is least expensive. The 5 EQ presets are not muddy at all and has a decent amplification to every setting i personally like the “Popular” the most, it gives out a nice rich sound with a scooped mids it sounds great that it can be a standalone. Also i like the convenience of using USB to power up the unit some might disagree but it works for my setup. I received a unit that had barely audible volume but after contacting their customer service was amazed at their attention and care. Kudos to their follow up and support. They ended up refunding after the typical warranty period and I bought another one that works well.
