The fabric has a very soft smooth feel to it and I love that they are different colors on each side so I can change up the color scheme on my couch any time by swapping sides and adding a coordinating throw. I got these to use as a bright, Christmas-y pillowcase set. In person, the orange and yellow pillowcases clashed much more than I expected them to and gave me a harsh 80s vibe. I think if the colors were more muted I would like them better, but that’s personal preference. The cases themselves are nicely made; they’re a plush, soft velvet material that cleans easily and is comfortable to lay on. The stitching in the pillowcases is durable and they’re assembled neatly. The zipper is well hidden, and is hardly noticeable, so the pillows don’t need to be rearranged frequently to hide the zipper. I do wish the zipper were longer, however. It’s not the full length of the pillow, so when I put the insert in I have to fold the pillow in on itself to get it into the cover. Overall, the pillowcases are nicely made and they’re very comfortable. The colors are not necessarily my cup of tea, but I would repurchase these in another color set. ... show more

These pillowcases arrived very quickly, and they come in a vacuum-sealed bag containing four different shaded pillowcases. The zippers are basic plastic zippers, and the opening is quite small, so you’re not going to get a large pillow in there. But the material… the material is exceptionally soft, almost like a cross between microfiber and velour. The only ding for this is that there was some debris inside one of the pillowcases, which is not really a big deal, and the little zipper handles do not stay tucked or hidden under the flap. I would give it five stars if the zipper handles stayed hidden. Other than that, they are great pillowcases, the shades and tones on the items match what is online, so I would recommend these if you’re looking for a set. ... show more

I purchase one size smaller than my pillow size to give my pillows a very full look. In some cases this stretches the covers to much and rips the zipper or seams. These covers are very well constructed and had no trouble holding my larger pillows. They are very soft and the muted colors match my living room perfectly .
