I am an Apple fan. I have the AirPods Pro and wanted to do a comparison. I love the Liberty Air 2s! The HearID included in the app does a detailed hearing test for each ear and the corresponding ear bud has adjusted EQ based on the results. They sound amazing. There is a greater depth and detail of sound with these over the AirPods Pro. Call quality is great also. My friend complains about noises like plastic bags or running water when using my airpods. Those sounds come across very loud to the listener. The Soundcore earbuds did not have that problem. I highly recommend these. I’m also a fan of the case because it has three lights to indicate battery life of the case. As far as noise cancellation and ambient sound, Apple has them beat, but I rarely use those features. If you want great sound and call quality, these Liberty Air 2s are excellent.

Second Update: customer service was awesome. It took one email and a week or so and a new pair of ear buds arrived and are working perfectly. I would still HIGHLY recommend sound core and the Liberty Air 2’s. (First Update: after several months of great use. One earbud stopped working completely. I’ll update again after I navigate the customer service process.) Great sound quality, clarity, and noise cancelling. I like the app features so you can adjust to different settings (noise cancelling vs pass through). I have small ears so the many options for soft inserts was very nice. They do fit a little big, gets mildly uncomfortable after about 30 minutes- but I usually only wear one at a time so I just switch. Overall great product for the price.

I’m updating my review. The company saw my complaint and reached out to me, then sent me a new set and so far, they are outperforming my original ones. Customer service is top notch and I’m very happy with these so far. Tomorrow will be the true test when I get on zoom calls. Listening to audiobooks and movies, the sound is clear. I will update again once I have my zoom calls, but for the customer service alone, this company has high ratings in my book thus far.

I bought these last December after my Life P2 set died. I loved them immediately but started having issues with the skin inside my ears (oozing then crusty, painful, itchy) It took a bit before I connected the dots, but I realized I was having an allergic reaction to something in the silicone covers. I tried other silicone covers...no reaction...but they wouldn't stay in my ears. I didn't use them for a while and then wondered if I wasn't alone. A reviewer here said the same had happened to them and that they had gotten foam replacement tips. I'm happy to say that customer service responded within 24 hours and my tips are on the way. That's what I call excellent customer service!

Had to replace my air pods pro twice after washing them. I figured that since I'm so irresponsible I should find something a little cheaper to replace. I can honestly say that coming from air pods pro to these I am mostly satisfied, at least for the price. What I like most about these is the pink color and the sliding case. The color is unique and the case is very nice. The ability to wirelessly charge is an added bonus. I think that these offer many desired features for the price but they just don't perform those features well. The ANC works well in quieter situations, but when being in a plane for instance I found that they didn't drown out the engine noise enough. These do not have much volume and in many situations I find that they need to be all the way up in order to hear properly. Perhaps what I dislike the most about these is that I cant keep them in my ears. They just constantly want to fall out and if I'm sweating its practically impossible. The in ear sensors are cool but again just don't work well. I often still have to pause my music my self. When I sweat they just wont stay connected.

EDIT: I'm updating my review because the customer service is OUTSTANDING. They reached out to me and offered many other options to try, free of charge, even after they had fully refunded these. I ended up going with the life q30s to try and avoid any size issues, and they're great. Original: I bought these, thinking an upgrade to the liberty air pros would be awesome. I have small ears and the air pros ones fit, surprisingly. When I received these, whatever the material they made the casing out of on the buds, doesn't grip or hold in place. I tried all the tips, and these just wouldn't seat in my ear, due to the matte soft material on the buds.

Working online requires perfect audio, so these earbuds do a perfect job with the noise cancellation even in places like airport. But they are not good for sports - they fall out of the ears easily if exercising to the music.
