Doesn't taste like a cinnamon bun but still tastes really good. Tastes more like liquid oatmeal. I would buy it again though. Blends way better than any protein I've used. You don't even need a shaker cup just any bottle with a lid and shake it up there will be no lumps. It just doesn't have that gummy/lumpy hydrophobic reaction that whey typically does. I'm sure even in a glass with a spoon could yield a smooth shake quickly with no lumps and I've never had that with any other whey. Taste is just OK. Mixes well and has comparable ingredients to other brands. Several 1/4 - 1/2” solid chunks at bottom of the container that would not dissolve.
