A good price for a whey protein. It is low in carbs and cholesterol, which being diabetic I love. 8 have only tried the chocolate, but find the taste quite good. I used the shake-it method, and it mixes nicely into a smooth almost creamy drink. I highly recommend

So delicious! Animal Protein is the only brand I use. Lots of protein, mixes well, low carb count. Not gritty, doesn't taste like "health food" or chemicals. I do add a few scoops of stevia sweetener because I like things very sweet. But most people would probably find this sweet enough. In the winter I actually even heated it up to make it like hot-chocolate! But be VERY careful if you do this. DO NOT heat it up too much, otherwise it will curdle up like cottage cheese....it was very strange! Sometimes I mix this with the Cookies and Cream flavor just to mix it up a bit. This stuff is some of the best and most easily tolerated by someone with gut issues like me but what I cannot tolerate is the $20 plus increase in price. That being what it is ALL quality protein powders have pretty much skyrocketed in price lately which has pushed me into better dietary choices so I can get more protein from my food, which is better anyways really. The ingredients are quality, The digestibilty is nice and easy, the flavor is really good, but the texture is a bit off because it does clump a bit, not a lot but enough to where it may bother some. Works great, mixes well and good taste. I could barely taste the “medicine/chem” taste that many protein products have. I mix one scoop with 2 cup soy milk. After I finished the container, I thought I’d try another brand (Gorilla Mode Cookies and Cream) but it was a disappointment, it was clumpy and taste wasn’t good.
