About two years in daily use and the boots still hold up. Issues I've found with other boots you can find in-store at Walmart are usually comfortable and withstand impact no problem but will always wear at the toes, exposing the steel or have the soles come undone. These boots do neither of those, instead the treads on the underside of the soles may end up being punctured as they are hollow and will let water in if that's the case. If you can avoid by keeping in mind that this is probably only made for topside hazards they actually keep water out completely. They aren't indestructible against things you wanna stomp on as you lose your mind on the worksite. I have no issue with the material fraying or the sole layer parting. Definitely could be better but really great for the price. I've gone through a lot of trash boots in a year trying to be cheap and these are not such a pair. ... show more

For the price theyre a 5 star however in the grand scheme of all quality boots corners were cut and these arent gonna last forever so i gave it a 4. My job requires me to be in mud, puddles, and wet enviorments, as well as walking on concrete/pavement, exposure to diesel fuel and wet concrete so with all that these boots are still going now 8 months later, however theyre on their last legs for me tbh. However for 50 bucks you cant go wrong with these boots, as i could probably suffer through them for at least another 4 months to make it a year. They fit great right out the box and the fit was true to size for me. No need to break in really and movement was really comfortable and easy to walk/stand all day in these boots. KEvlar insole is legit too, literally saved me from a puncture wound first day wearing them, which was great timing. The waterproofing was alright for a while but tbh it only lasted about 3-4months tops for me. Same with the soles too. The rubber or whatever the soles are made of are the low points of this boot. Not real high quality and there are voids in the heel. Laces also suck too as they got shredded a couple months in and needed to be changed. Additionally the included insert sucks so definitely get yourself a better one like a dr scholls or whatever. ... show more

I use these boots for work, which includes working around (but not in) water, lots of pushing and pulling, and I'm on my feet for 8+ hours a week. I bought these boots to move into a construction site. Unfortunately, I've only had these boots for two months and not only have I been slipping quite a bit with little to no traction, but also the sole of the right boot is already separating, rendering these boots unable to wear from here on out. I was hoping I could reach out and get a replacement pair instead of having to pay for another set from another supplier, but unfortunately my order has been passed the return date policy, so I'm stuck with one option. These are alright. Not professional grade I wouldn’t say. I burned through em in one season. Not particularly comfy. Not uncomfortable either though, which I think is worth noting here. My son loved these boots. Very stylish for any occasion. Made well. Fits well and are comfortable but they are a little roomy. So you can add gel soles. They are a little heavy due to the steel toe and material. Works well for the shop. Material keeps feet warm.
