I used this to paint on some glittery felt, and it worked out great. It goes on smoothly and evenly. It dries quickly, so adding multiple layers was easy. The felt absorbed quite a bit of the first layer, so I needed to do a few more layers to bring out a full coverage, but that was no problem. The color was true to what it looked like online. It’s a bit thin, but I think that helped layering which improved overall appearance. I used an angled brush for thin, straight lines.
