*UPDATE* Seller reached out after my initial review and offered me the choice of a refund or a new mirror. Based on this response, I would definitely order from them again. As I said initially, I really love the mirrors, they are beautiful! I ordered 2 of these mirrors for a bathroom renovation. The first one we installed was perfect and I love it. Unfortunately, this bigger one has a defect. We opened the mirror when it arrived to check that it wasn’t broken since the box looked beat up. The mirror itself was fine, but we didn’t notice a defect in the frame right away. When we were ready to install it, the window of return time had passed. It was hard to photograph, but you can see there was a "wave" in the frame where it bowed out a bit. At this point I was disappointed, I knew I couldn’t return it and the contractors were ready to hang it up. So we now have a defective mirror hanging in the bathroom. I suggest you look it over very carefully when it first arrives. I really do like the look of the mirror, just disappointed that it was defective. ... show more

Installed in our master bathroom over our vanity/sinks. Feels solid, looks good, presents well. My wife loves it - that's probably the most important thing. Needed to relocate one of the two attachment hooks to center it over the vanity/sinks and under the light fixture, and anchor it into the wall studs - it's fairly heavy (not unexpected, considering the size and materials used). Pretty easy to do, and it attached securely. A little pricey for what I usually prefer to spend, but it's very well built and worth the money. ... show more

I can see these mirrors are usually used for bathrooms in singles or wider, spanned out doubles. I was having a hard time deciphering what to do on this large wall so I had a brilliant idea (in my own mind lol)!!! I used my Excel spreadsheet skills to mimic our dining room and actually create visuals of the potential outcomes. Was a bit time consuming but worked well this way. Especially since the price of getting multiple mirrors added up big time. I didn't want to be sorry in the long run. This way I could do all the room, table, and mirror measurements correctly (in inches) and I had 5 types of mirrors (all different sizes) that also helped my husband see what I was trying to explain to him when giving my opinion of what would probably work out the best. Yes, it was a very weird way to help decision making but def worked out in the end! I will say...these mirrors are packed VERY well. Not one single flaw in shipping. Hanging was a bit of a time consuming chore as not all of these were identical in hanging. We really had to use a finagle strategy to get them aligned properly. On that note....quality wise.....these are not top quality. Close to top but when you are actually in front of them and you walk....you can see some are slightly warped. I wasn't expecting that since their reviews helped me to not be very skeptical to purchase. Oh well...nothing is perfect so I just try not to focus on the slight warpage. All in all, wish they'd give a discount to buy multiples of these like we did. ($1290 for the five mirrors) That would really help me not focus on imperfection. Another note....if you do buy multiples, they most likely will send each and every one separately. With these five, two of these vanished into never-neverland. After waiting eight days for them to appear, the rep I spoke with said there was a glitch so I had to cancel them and re-order. Ended up working out but that was a strange headache. ... show more

This mirror is beautiful. It's not the lightest but that's a good thing. Very sturdy and arrived without a scratch, break, or dent. The attached hanger loops are put on in the exact same spot on each side so figuring out the measurements for installing the wall hangers was easy. The wall hangers they included was a nice touch I didn't expect. Makes taking it on and off the wall much easier. Great product! ... show more
