For context: I bought 2 of these tablets for Christmas 2023. One for my kindergartener to play basic games and watch downloaded Netflix movies while on the go. The second was for me to scroll tiktok, pinterest and Facebook. To me these aren't heavy duty uses. I will call them tablet one and tablet two. Tablet ones problem occurred immediately. I am talking right out the box and charged immediately. As soon as tablet one was connected to home wifi it would not stay connected. Bluetooth headphones connected 50 percent of the time. Wifi would not connect 80 percent of the time. When it did connect that lasted at most 10 minutes. For a visual: it took two hours for my kindergartener to watch one 17 minute YouTube video on this thing. Also you have to manually reconnect to wifi. It would not autoconnect. For some reason the autoconnect turns off completely every time it lost internet connection. The other problem tablet one had was that it kept freezing. Each time it froze the tablet would load even slower. No matter how many times you restarted it, cleared cache and storage, added SD card, fully charged it, or used it by your modem it kept getting slower the few times it connected. I returned tablet one before new years eve for a refund. Now for tablet two. I kept tablet two because it did stay connected. It ran smoothly. But the problem with tablet two was it got hot while charging. (I don't know if anyone remembers this but) the type of hot from those first Samsung galaxy note edition phones that use to catch on fire in people's pocket. Now this didn't happen at first. Tablet two waited until the end of January to start getting hot while charging. Out of all the tablets my entire family has gone through this tablet was the only tablet I could not leave in a tablet case while charging. At the beginning of March is when the tablet charging cord stopped charging tablet two correctly. I had to slightly angle the c cable towards the screen of the tablet to get a charge. By middle of March I needed a new cord entirely. By end of March I would have the tablet on the charger all day just to come home from work to the tablet having gone from "45 percent and charging" to being turned off from battery saving mode on 23 percent. It's now the beginning of April and tablet two can nolonger be charged by any c cord at all. At any angle. Even turning it off to charge does nothing. So now I have it powered off at 23 percent. This is so when my namebrand tablet arrives I have enough life on tablet two to eject my SD card. The problem with both tablets in general: this tablet is thicker and heavier than most recent tablets. Granted my source of measurement is kindle fire, and ipad/galaxy size thin tablets. The weight is going off that same standard of measurement. So if you use it one handed you will feel the burn in your wrists after awhile. Next is there is no screen protector made to fit this tablet. Not glass and not the sticky kind. So for a kids tablet this is definitely going to build up with sticky smears and fingerprints. This is because the front facing camera is in a different spot than most all tablets. Also being heavier makes it thicker. This is a problem because there arent any standard size "tablet fold over" covers that fit. The covers that do fit block the camera or the charge port. These tablets got on my nerves so bad I just saved money to buy a name brand. The amount of money/time I spent for maintenance is the price of a brand name tablet anyway. Someone above me stated the same. Just buy something else because I would give them a zero if I could

I purchased this for my adult daughter and everything works fairly well, but the sound is awful. I'm going to order a Bluetooth speaker in hopes we can hear. I know this is a cheap tablet, but so is the one I have had for a year and it sounds great. Very disappointing. I would return it, but my daughter has Autism and is already attached to it. So, a Bluetooth speaker it is.

Straight out of the box it was charged fully. Was only set up then not touched. By the next morning it was completely dead. Have charged this thing over five times with the same result. Plus for some reason it will cut the connection to WiFi every few minutes that it has actually been used. I would so send it back. Except it wasn't opened till after the 30 day return ran out. 😒.

First of all buy a screen cover, it does not come with one. The build and screen is very good and battery is good, I'm happy with it, just have to take care of it as any device. LB
