The first tablet I ordered came with a malfunction, but I talked to amazon support and was able to get a free replacement that actually works. So it works for what I need it to do, so far no issues with the tablet. It seems to be a pretty good tablet.

My wife broke ours and I found this one to replaced, and I'm extremely happy with the value of it. It works fast, has all that you need on it, and with all the accessories it's just a very good deal. It becomes hard to recommend a more expensive one... I can't find a reason why to buy them anymore with this high quality and good price.

This tablet worked awsesome for about 2 weeks. It started doing what it wanted, turned on and off played random videos. I sent an email about this the Manufafture and Amazon. The 2 compainies got together and gave me a full purchase refund. I purchases a better tablet fram the same manufacture. The new table was a breeze to setup. And is working very well. 2 great companies I always deal with them.

The Product information section on the web page clearly stated the RAM installed is 26GB. Upon receiving, it is ONLY 4 GB physical RAM installed, and the 22 GB is a virtual RAM (which is far slower and ineffective as a physical RAM installed). The Product description is very misleading. Tried contacting seller, no contact info. Contacted Amazon, they have no contact info. Only option is to return.
