This tablet worked awsesome for about 2 weeks. It started doing what it wanted, turned on and off played random videos. I sent an email about this the Manufafture and Amazon. The 2 compainies got together and gave me a full purchase refund. I purchases a better tablet fram the same manufacture. The new table was a breeze to setup. And is working very well. 2 great companies I always deal with them.

Great for space, a little slower than my PC, do not like that it shuts down on its own, sound is not the greatest, kind of "tinny" like an old handheld transistor radio. Excellent picture and graphics.

As others have noted, this is not as advertised. The item contains 4GB ram and uses additional storage space on the device to mimic ram - this is not a true 26GB. In addition to the item being painfully slow, the item is slow to charge, which is honestly an understatement. The item drained to 0 after initially receiving it and when I went to charge it it took over a week on the charger uninterrupted to get to 70%. The item died again recently and has been on the charger for a few days and is sitting at roughly 31% when I last checked today. Avoid this at all costs.
