Tastes pretty good and mixes well with coffee. My only thing is that I swear that it gave me stinky gas. I'm not sure if it's just a fluke, but as soon as I ran out, the gas subsided.

The protein powder doesn't dissolve easily in most liquids. The best that I have found is to add this to my coffee and use a mixing wand to get to it dissolve. There is a slight after taste to this, but not horrible.

I put this in my 1st cup of coffee each day, as an older woman it’s great to get 20grans of protein into my diet so easily! have a battery operated frother thingy and it helps with clumping… it would take a minute to get the clumps out with only a spoon. I am on my 6th container of this and I will keep buying it! ... show more

How did everything I needed in it. The flavor isn’t too strong. But it is definitely too sweet. I get a little bit of that Stevia aftertaste when using it. Next time I’m ordering same brand only in the unflavored.
