Love this glass lasagna dish for family dinners. It says on the dish it's 10.3" X 14.5" (without the handles), but measuring the bottom turned upside down it's 9.5" X 13.75", the top with rims is 15" X 10 7/8". Height on outside measures 2.25" which is great for 2 layers of lasagna. It washes up just like my regular Pyrex casserole 9" X 13" dish. Great to have one a little larger. I also bought the handle-less Volarium casserole dish that says it's 16" X 11", but its bottom upside down measures less than 15" X 10", the top with rim measures a little more than 15.5" X 10.5". The depth on outside is 2". It's OK for 1 layer of lasagna or it's nice for roasting a chicken. I've tossed all of my metal baking pans, love having the glass casserole dishes. I recommend this Anchor deeper dish with handles for easier grip and am purchasing a 2nd one. ... show more

This is a wonderful 9 by13 casserole dish. Anchor Hocking has been around for a very long time. It is heavy in weight. I haven't used it yet but I'm sure it will be perfect for what I will be using it for.

    • A COMPLETE AND UTTER NIGHTMARE!!

Let me start by saying that I am a fan of Anchor Hocking cookware. I've used them for decades happily. I am not, however, much of a fan of Amazon and its partners. I ordered a 5 quart Oven Basics Baking Dish on 5/5/2023 because I had committed to making a lasagna for 15 people for an event on 5/20. On 5/10 I received a package that was undamaged on the outside. Inside, however, was a buble-wrap bag containing little shards of glass that once had been a baking dish. Before it ever went into the box someone had shattered that dish. I phoned Amazon which agreed to replace the 5 quart dish with another of the same item. When I got the package on 5/15 it contained an undamaged baking dish but a 3 quart capacity dish. Someone at Amazon clearly can't distinguish between a "3" and a "5". I initiated a chat with Amazon Customer Service and spoke to a person called Anas. Anas told me that Amazon could not replace the item again despite its being utterly wrong and told me that it was not Amazon's fault but rather that a service called "Kart It" had fulfilled my order. On 5/16 I phoned Kart It and spoke to a person named Evander who evaded all responsibility by telling me that it was actually Amazon that had fulfilled (incorrectly) my order. Dutifully, I again contacted Amazon and spoke to a very kind lady named Dasha. She affirmed that Amazon could not issue a second replacement. When I offered to buy the 5 quart Baking Dish a second time we ran into the obstacle that Amazon does not accept PayPal which, at this point was my only source of payment. On Saturday, 5/20, I shall be apologizing to a group of friends that the main dish for our gathering isn't sufficient for the meal they were promised and explaining that Amazon, in this case, failed to get an order correct twice, ruining the gathering and costing me time and, eventually, cash. Above all, it is a matter of trust: I can never again trust Amazon to send me an undamaged item identical to the item I have ordered. After this, I simply can't trust people who don't know a "3" from a "5" or shards of glass from an intact baking dish. And none of this is Anchor Hocking's fault at all. ... show more
