I have been using this treadmill since almost a week and in overall, i am satisfied.. However the tread mill arrived much later than promissed window and also dammaged ( probably during the transportation because there was a large ducktape coverage on the outer box, and one of screw holding holes underneeth in the plastic cover was broken) I did not return it because it was not a crucial factor for the functioning of the machine) but certainly a reason to cut one star off in my review; It works very silently with almost no noise at all, however it is imperative that you lubricate the belt in order to work smoothly. I have noticed that it should be set on a very flat surface without any slant on the forward/ rear/side otherwise the running belt may tend to deviate from the center which you may need to readjust the belt with the allen wrench. It would, perhaps be better to put it directly on the flat floor with a thin yoga mat covering all 4 feet but, not over a thick rug which is not good for the airflow ventilation of the motor which may cause to overheat and burn down Assembly was almost not needed except to place the handles and raise the left/right bars. The remote was very easy to use after inserting the right size battery as described on the user manual. The motor runs smoothly and silently and not gets warm even after 60 min use on 3 mi/hr. I am using it 120 min a day and my wife about 30 and we both are satisfied . The belt is not slipery and you can easily walk even without holding the side bar handles.It gives a very sturdy impression. Provided this machine lasts, i think it is a good bargain for the price if you prefer to train at home with no need to go to the gym paying extra money.I would recommend it for beginner stage walkers/joggers I will certainly update this review in case something comes out during my future use it. ... show more

I've used it about a half dozen times since I bought it. Okay so far. A couple of points. First, it's made in China, which you should bear in mind. Second, although it's easy to fold, I find it cumbersome using the ally wrench to tighten and loosen the crossbar. Every time I finish I say to myself, "Okay, I"m going to be less spastic and do this without becoming irritable," and every time I try to loosen it I grow irritable. It may just be me, but if you use the unit in a cramped space you could find it frustrating. Other treadmills have levers that you simply nap to loosen and tighten the bar. Also, there's no pause function; just start or stop. You will work up a sweat or add more sweat after your workout loosening the bar and pushing the unit back into place. But it is sturdy. And you can run on it. And I find it's wide enough. So if it lasts, it's worth the money. ... show more

This is our 1st treadmill experience. Ordered this unit for basic walking exercise, for two people. It was expertly packed for shipping. No shipping damage. It came with the needed Hex wrenches. Assembly was fast and easy. One requirement not mentioned on the website, is the need for a dedicated 20 Amp circuit. We were lucky enough to have one where the unit was planned to be located. The manual needs (in my opinion) a native English speaker to edit it. Please? I can imagine that if I tried to write the manual in a Chinese dialect, without speaking or reading the language, I'd probably make it incomprehensible for a reader. The pictures helped. Back to the Treadmill, we like the multiple control methods for speed and time. The speed increments in .1 mph increments (up/down) per button press. We have had this unit for a month + 1 day now. We can't speak to its long term durability, but It works fine for our basic needs, right now. It runs quietly, and there is a very slight up incline with the unit on a flat surface. The wrist band controller is visible in the right side and right front pictures. I thought I had to somehow pair it with the Treadmill. No, that isn't necessary. Put in the battery, close the cover, and press the buttons. With the Treadmill turned on, the wrist band unit is an easy option for bumping the speed up/down, it has the stop button, and the mode selector also. The red lanyard attaches to a magnetic switch that stops the Treadmill immediately if it is disconnected, like if someone was going to lose their balance and needed to stop the belt now. We like the displays, and they give context to the amount of exercise it takes to burn off the extra calories we eat. The hand grips are made of a heavy metal/plastic fusion. They feel solid, and the build quality is excellent for this price. The unit comes with pre-programmed routines. We haven't gotten to that point, and as a result, we don't know if the speed settings can be saved for next time. We start every walk at .6 mph, and then bump it up to a more comfortable speed. I lubricated the belt the day it arrived, and will probably do that again here shortly. Watching YouTube videos helped with the parts of understanding how to lubricate the belt, and adjusting the belt tension that was not understood reading the manual. Another opportunity for customer satisfaction is an easy product registration process. This, and the manual, are where the 5th star went. I don't know if I'm a registered owner of this Treadmill yet. More importantly, I don't know who to contact if something were to go wrong and service was needed. I've filled out no form, visited a number of websites, E-mailed addresses I thought could point me in the right direction. Nothing. We like the treadmill a lot. We have no idea of who we would contact in case it needed servicing. We're hoping for a long term relationship with the treadmill. It is a good value for the money. The Manual and the registration issue are holding this back from being a great value for the money. Regards. ... show more
