Used it to drag my 1000 pound empty hot tub off my deck and back on once the new Trex was installed. No issues dragging it off the deck. Struggled to pull it back up after Trex was installed and the wench maxed out several times due to angle and weight. Used some airbags to help angle up the hot tub and reduce angle to help the wench pull it back on. Would buy a bigger max weight one if had to do it over. Easy to use. The unit has no protection from over load so motor just burns up ! Did not lift more than 350 lb . Would not thinks of try a heaver load as rated , I got 6 month of easy lifting. Jim
