I used the hoist for lifting and installing engines. after about a year the wireless remote quit working. I thought it was the battery and installed a new one. no dice, I tried reprogramming. still inoperable. the hoist would operate manually. I determined that it was the remote circuit board and contacted the company to see if I could swap my hoist to a wire control or get a circuit board. they informed me they had no way to know so they offered to send me a new three in one hoist. I received and it works outstanding. Great people to do business with. they stand behind their products

I use this winch to pull my boat into my garage. The trailer wheels are a tight fit width-wise in the doorway. Backing the trailer in would be impossible. This winch allows me to get the trailer close to the threshold with my tow vehicle, wrap a tow strap around the trailer axle, and pull the trailer in while I guide it from the tongue. I control the winch using the wireless remote. It works great so far. Has plenty of power. The speed is about right. The remote works decently. The cable is long enough to reach from the back of the garage to the front (about 20ft). The whole operation only takes a couple minutes and I have precise control with just one person.

Seems to work well. Goes a little slow but I guess that is necessary to get the torque and power out of such a small until. Price was good. Unfortunately, I was ready to use it out of the box and the remote does not come with a battery. I have AAA, AA, C, & D batteries but this remote takes a different size, (I think it said A23 but not really sure I’m remembering that correctly so don’t purchase in advance on my advise). Can’t say how it compares to a PullzAll as I’ve never tried that Brand. Did not get 5 starts for two reasons. First, the fixed hook could have a little longer cable lead to make it easier to attached to a fixed point. Secondly, no battery in the box for the remote. Overall, I would have purchased a PullzAll except for the higher price due to high cost of shipping to Alaska.

Terrible product. Lasted part way thru one lift of a 450 lb item. The casing caved in on itself and motor began smoking after 15 feet

The Remote Control Doesnt work at all. As many other reviews mentioned its junk. I was hoping there were just a few bad ones but it seems to be consistent with these units. You have to upgrade the remote on this thing it's useless otherwise hanging from the ceiling.

Hoist installed in seconds. The remote control, while needing a special battery, works well. The hoist has no noticeable cable stretch. The hoist is not fast, but does work at an acceptable speed.

I order this product a while back and it showed up missing the power button. I emailed the company and after a long period of time they finally got back to me. I had already canceled the order and bought a Warn. However, the company made right by me by sending me another. I have since used this and it seems to be as strong as my Warn winch. Although there was an initial delay in customer service, ultimately they fixed the problem beyond my expectations.

Good for the money. But loud to operate and cable payout and retraction is pretty slow. Getting the job done for what we need. But may look for other options next time.
