I jsut got a new MacBook Pro from work and wanted to get some bacis protection. My last system lasted 6 years and I had a nice "Green" Apple Case. I wanted to go invisible on this unit and much to my surprise, I did not get a simple external case - I got ao complete protection blanket. You can see the pictures of the case. Clear and clean - something Godiva might envy. What I was surprised to find was a membrane film that went over the keyboard. I was skeptical - but am now sold. It hugs the keys with a thin film membrane, does not impede keyboard operations and after the first week, was shocked to see the number of crumbs I had accumulated. But that was not ALL.. Also included is a screen protector for the Display. Got it on - and it too works beautifully. Included a notch for the built-in video camera. Very nice.

This case came in a neat envelope there were no instructions but I felt it was a simple installation. The case snapped on easily. Just gently press around the edges until you hear a small click. The case is seamless with the laptop which I like, it doesn't impede the use of the screen or keyboard and my wrist don't brush against the case as I'm typing this. It comes with little cloths to clean the screen and Mac which is nice. The screen protector did a great job, I did not experience bubbles and it did not noticeably affect screen quality. I did not use the keyboard cover. I love that this case does not restrict the MacBooks opening/closing movement. I gave this case 4 stars because I believe it is a good BASIC case for the money. This case probably won't stop a drop or a fall but it seems like it will prevent scratches and scuffs. AGAIN, if you are looking for fall protection, this is not the case for you. Overall, happy with this purchase.

If you're clumsy like me, you know how embarrassing it is to drop your laptop and get a scratch or ding. I've been buying these cases for every work laptop (and personal laptop) that I've had, because I want to maximize the lifespan of the product and not have it look bad. The colors are fun. I chose pink glitter; it's semi-transparent (you can still see the Apple logo) but the glitter is prominent.

UPDATE: The company provided me a full refund, so I have adjusted my rating to reflect their excellent customer service. I like the look of this case, but it’s made of very flimsy, cheap plastic. The bottom piece arrived broken, so I’m just throwing it out. The top portion seems fine though (for now at least).

Initially I’d ordered this for my MacPro 14” and I was unsatisfied with the product. The seller reached out to me instantly and made it her priority to rectify the situation and shipped out a replacement immediately to arrive in time for Christmas I am very pleased with the quality of the product: it is a perfect fit and the construction of the case was solid and tough and has a nice gloss that makes it look almost glass-like. Also the keyboard protector fit like a glove and the screen protector was easy to install. In addition, the seller was very responsive to all my messages and prioritized my needs. It was a pleasure doing business with her and I will definitely be shopping her store again.

The clear case looks nice and has yet to turn yellow which is a positive for me whenever I buy clear cases. It also fit on my MacBook pretty easily and it's great to put stickers on too. The only drawback for me is that the case's durability is lacking. After only about five months of purchase, the edges of the case are cracking even though I haven't dropped my MacBook, and the most I do with it is place it in my backpack multiple times a day. This case is a relatively cheap option compared to others though, and I'm sure you could get a more durable case if you are willing to spend more.
